As of 10:30 am, September 4, 2014 ( Indian standard time), my immigrant visa has been issued :-) :-):-), checked it on ceac with my very own eyes, not once, not twice but at least five times :-)

Finally, I will able to hold my husband and my cat after so long!

I just want to know if anyone has gotten visiting visa while F2A under review?

I am planning to get a visiting visa and need to know if it is possible.

I believe you checked in two different areas of the website.

If I check on "Check My Visa Application Status", the message I get is:

"Please follow the instructions you received from the National Visa Center (NVC) for the next step in the processing of your visa petition. If you have misplaced the instructions sent to you by the NVC or did not receive them, please contact us at http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3177.html for additional information.

When I check in all the other areas (DS-261, Online Choice of Address and Agent, Fee Payment, and DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application), this is the message that appears:

"Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error."

My PD is December 26th, 2013.

Did you receive CC email from NVC? Same message I get when I check my case status. NVC has completed my case on March 29 2014.

How far have you gone with the process altogether? That information only explains where your application is presently. That is the same message I get when i check my case status from ceac.state.gov . If it's not so much stress, you can look at my signature for my progress so far. Hope this helps. Cheers

I haven't done anything since my case was approved by USCIS apart from getting IIN and case number.

I have never seen this message before I always get "your case is not eligible for further processing" I just want to know if it means I can proceed further or what should I expect?

I use to try in the past and it will show "the case is not eligible for further processing" but today I saw this.

Pls can someone educate me? (PD09/12/13 - I have not received or heard from NVC for the past 6 months)

Guys I think we should brace for a huge move in October. With Obama plans to use executive action on immigration, the plan includes to favor legal immigration by actually clearing the backlog for families of legal immigrants. There is something big to be announced soon.

Sorry I didnt realise on time that "WAC" is CSC.

RFE was for certificate of marriage nothing else.

Yes my centre was Califonia Service Centre. I got approved in 12 weeks despite RFE.

Hope the visa comes soon as well.
