    Hi guys,

    This is to inform you all that I was approved 2hrs ago at the consulate here in Nigeria. I will endeavor to write a detailed interview experience later. I am still trying to catch my breath for now lol.

    Good luck for the upcoming interviews and those still waiting. As I have always said, we all have our days, no matter how much they delay.

    I just called the nvc today and asked our aos and iv.i waited for 3 mins,he checked on their system and it says no additional documents needed to submit ur case is complete so just wait for ur IL...

    USCIS Stage:

    Dec 04 2013: I-130 Sent

    Dec 16 2013: Priority Date assigned

    April 01 2014: NOA 1 received

    June 03 2014: NOA 2 Received

    NVC Stage:

    Feb 26 2015: DS 261 Completed

    Feb 27 2015: AOS Fee Paid

    Feb 27 2015: Cover Sheet Received

    March 16 2015: IV Packet sent/ AOS

    March 20 2015: NVC scan date/ email confirmation

    April 17 2015: Pay IV

    April 21 2015: Completed DS-260

    April 23 2015:Case Complete thru phone call

    Waiting PD becomes current?????? ?

    Hello guys, yesterday i was at the us embassy in lagos for my cr1 visa interview and i must tell you all, God is good and awesome. My interview with the CO officer did not last 2 minutes as she did not ask more than 5 questions from me and i was giving her right back the answers in confidence and a soft smile. she never ask to see any prove or paper work even thou i went in with a load of evidence and photo album,(God is so good) infact i was few of the last people to be called up to the window for interview and despite i came early to the interview. My advice is to just be truthful and submit the required papers, do not submit too much papers that are not requested for, i never front load and we never submit no pictures, skype log, phones calls log emails or anything like that right from the start and up to NVC stage. we only submit what they ask and we made it orderly. In fact my spouse filed SINGLE in her tax papers but has my last name, YES SINGLE, for those of you been worried. At the interview before i did mine, many people before me were ask for all other papers including showing the C.O photo albums and asking them deep questions so they could complicate their stories, but i was only ask 5 simple question in less than 2 minutes. My conclusion and my observation is that dont over submit too much papers as evidence and be confident because when the CO called me to the window for interview i saw she already had my approval papers which she put one side and then did my finger and thumb scanning and sworn and then 5 simple questions and we done in less than 2 minutes. Also be prayerful because God answer prayers. Thanks for to everyone on visajourney that contribute to and answered any of my questions. Big thanks to Dwheels76 you are so awesome

    Just get your AOS and IV package in the mail NOW. Or you wil be waiting foreer. The money will sort itself out within the 60 days of your review.

    Wow! exact same situation as you guys. I paid my AOS fee on 3/03/2015 too, and it's still saying "In Process". They took the money the next day. I finally decided to call on 03/12/2015 and the rep said the same thing, they are having issues with thier payment portal. She told me she would give my case to a supervisor and that I should continue to check. it's still in Process. I have both packages ready to mail out but unfortunately for me I am still trying to sort out a sponsor or a job so I have to hold out anyway. But like Dwheels76 said mail your packages out if it's ready.
