These people wasting other peoples time, they get through to go to the US then like a cry baby they wanna go back home. They are the ones holding the line long and wasting other people's time who genuinely wants to be with the spouses, kmt.

So is there anyway you can mail the photo before the RFE or the petitioner would have to wait on it? This will make me wait longer, awwww!

If the petitioner did not submit a passport size photo for him or herself do you think they may get a RFE? In the case of filing form I 130

You will soon be approved, from my estimation they are approving May and June I 130 petitions. You are pretty closer than me so hang in there, hopefully the new year will bring speedy progress. This wait feels like forever, give us patience father.

The processing will now commence in order for your spouse to be interviewed by their consulate, try contacting NVC about one week time to find out if they received your petition, then after you are suppose to get a case number to track your petition.

These people do not respect family, they are so quick to approve K 1 visas and those persons aren't even married yet, this wait game sucks a whole lot, February 07, 2014 coming will make three (3) full months since I am waiting on NOA2. K 1 petitioners does not even have to wait two months, this treatment is so unfair, no lie!
