After your NOA-2 approval arrives I believe they send it to the National Visa Ceter/Agency, what happens there? I have read some post which stated Fee's

What are they? and is there a list of up coming fees I must pay before interview stage?

Want to be ready to get rabbit ear pockets, as if $340.00 wasn't enough.

You can't appeal such a ridiculous outcome, my understanding of a Fiancee Visa and I'm no expert, but dont you need to show proof of work history before Your even at the interview stage?

I hope if nothing else your able to get a co sponser, and move on with your happiness.

Unfortunately, me and my love haven't been able to message each other in 3 days, stupid power outages in South Africa, and I have been a REAL you know what, I feel terrible we can't plan our life like we used to, I got my NOA-1 hard copy in the mail today and although we've been bickering back and forth lately, it made me realize why I'm doing this, going through this, because when we are together we are happy and in love..

I certainly would see about an appeal to this finding, how Did you even get to the interview part with out filing an I-130? Didnt they see this before scheduling the interview? that would be my first question. Utter rubbish!

I officially got my NOA-1 notice in the mail today,notice date Nov 26, 2013 but they have a received date as Nov 22, 2013

Ok here's the silly question

Which one do I consider as my offical date?

Must know when I can start nagging them lol

So, I got first e-mail on Nov 27, with SRC #, and was sent to TSC,no hard copy yet! When I went to USCIS website to register my number it stated I'm in the initial review stage this morning I got another e-mail saying my A# was changed,

My question for those who have past this stage in filing, does this mean, TSC has our application, and someone is starting to review our petition?

And how long will this process last?

Misha's girl you are lucky, these past weeks have been a nightmare, we just not getting along, his work schedule and limited time is just killing me, and we are right in the middle of Holidays. Which is depressing.

I wish I could skype with my sweetie, internet in south Africa is $#!/, we barely can get what's app to work properly, he's working long hours and the communication is becoming non existent and straining our relationship even more. Even today we broke up to make up all over again, it's not we don't love each other, it's the distance between us. I'm scheduled to go meet his family in January for his birthday, and I can't wait!!!

Then I'm in serious trouble, our first comunications was all done on Facebook and an occasional prepaid phone card. Those every one was deleted, I have a few recent what's app chats recent outragous phone bills, I hope my flights to Africa every two to three months since Feb will be enough. .. I'm stressed now

I got my email notice yesterday and quickly went to the website to sign up for text email notification, the number in e-mail was correct, I checked my status and was in the initial Review stage...

I'm confused, are they looking for the start of your relationship to recent or just recent after filing application?

Because for months I used prepaid phones and cards, and in a fit, deleted all our old messages, and I in for a problem too?
