If you could see how we wrote ours, , sheesh you would say WOW, Handwritten, sheets of paper just stating our names and that we intend to marry within 90 days upon entry into the United states... I affirm the above statement to be truthful. .hahaha! We had no idea what to write as a matter of fact, bad enough those forms are confusing and your nervous as all get up filing them.. hey just give them your letter and good luck!!!

Babyblu don't get discouraged, if your timeline is correct I've seen CSC give approvals in record time! Unlike my friends at TSC..lol

The long process can drive everyone crazy. I catch myself checking the case status few times a day We are planning to get married on April 20th - the 2nd Anniversary of our meeting. Really, really hope to be with him in States by then...

Wedding planning???? I plan what kind of wedding we could have once he's here.but, setting a date? NO way!, I see these people are so unpredictable, I don't want to be let down.

I'm hoping during our visit to his family in Zimbabwe next week, we could do a Tradional wedding for his family.. They deserve to see us marry too, at least spiritually!

Does anyone know after how long do they send RFE?

I thought RFE ( request further evidence ) is requested/ sent before the approval notice.

Final Empress, this waiting is getting old fast!!! I know it's a long process ahead of me/us but I think I gave them enough information, I'm no criminal, why the long wait to make me worry, my holiday just sucks, thank God my love is being my rock to keep me focused..

so how long now from NOA2 until interview?

Well from what I've read, (since I haven't got an approval yet) it will go to NVC and from there to which ever Embassy your fiancee is from, so I would think a couple of weeks to months..

Great topic!, my hubby to be wants to bring his 4 year old maybe follow him after a year once he's more settled, we (I) added him to 129F application, but, didn't know what other info needed and/or what next steps or documents needed?,

as with this process its confusing, I beginning to think, designed to make you go crazy or give up..

Where can I look this information up so we can be better prepared?
