      With the I130 did you send Marriage certificate and his birth certificate both with translations? For this initial application must be translated. And I did not send any pictures or letters for initial application and no no RFE no worries

    Hello all, its been awhile I have been on here just wanted to give a quick update Well hubby will be here 6mths now he has his license and a full time job. We have come a long way from when he first came with his injury and doing much better. Truly happy and blessed to have him here it wasn't easy in the begining but things are falling into place. Best of luck and wishes to all those waiting on approvals :)

    Hola welcome to his tough Journey, Gracias a dios you have your beautiful baby to remind you everday that you will have a happy ending. The fiance route seems like it takes 6-8 months, pero it is faster then getting marrried.
