i am not...read the form....i filled out my fiance G 325 that was sent in with the I 129 f and it was not signed by him....and through out my entire journey i never received a rfe...and my fiance was approved and has picked up his visa..
-
no i am not sure how often they update it but keep on checking...my fiancee will be picking it up today...
-
i don't see why it should be a problem....many people find their love ones by means of friends or families....all you need to know is that you have the proof of your not only meeting her but of your ongoing relationship...
good luck
-
you should check back today...its still early...maybe they will input it in their system later today
-
your fiance form G 325 does not need a signature neither does it need to be notorized...however the letter of intent has to be an original with your fiance signature....

I don't get it...does he have a copy of his divorce certificate? also why can't he obtain a copy of his marriage certificate? he should be able to to to the court house in his state a request a copy of this document....all he need to know is the year and date of the marriage and their information.....you wouldn't need the original document you just need a copy so if he obtain a copy he could fax it to you....if he cant get the copy of the marriage certificate just take the copy of the divorce decree with you and keep your fingers crossed that they will not ask you for the copy of the marriage certificate....I don't think they will deny you for that they might just give you a rfe...good luck

I understand how you feel because I maybe had one pic of myself with my dad when i was growing up and like you I have no idea where that pic was...I guess maybe because he wasn't in my life I really never care....however regarding your fear that he might not be your father...have you talked to your mom about this?...you should and if she can guarantee you that he is your father then you shouldn't worry.....you also said you don't have the money for the DNA....can't your dad or your step mom help you with that?....and as to the fear that he might not be your dad and you would have done this all in vain...how about you think about the positive side of this and say if he turn out to be your dad then you can finalize this long drawn out journey and it will then all be worth it....think positive and just continue on the journey....don't give up until there is nothing else left for you to do...nothing beat a trial but a failure.......do all you can do so in the end you can say you tried your very best....best of luck on your continued journey.

i dont think that is a good idea as you will have to go through immigration before you collect your luggage and you need to hand that over to them when you are checking out....put it in your carryon luggage if you are taking one....if not bring it in your hand

If you have your tax returns and your pay stubs just use that...your recent pay stubs shows that you are currently working and it shows your income...i didnt send one

TEe328cEe ...no that will not be a red flag...i received my divorce decree in may and filed my I129f that same may and my fiance was approved...remember people do get seperated before actually filing for the divorce plus divorces sometimes take a while to be completed...you have nothing to worry about regarding that

You sound like you are set bethann....and I knew you would have been back on here before you go....this is our therapy...
and once again good luck and my prayers are with you and your hubby

I don't see on here that you sent the letter of intent to marry from you and your fiance...these letters are a must.....if you don't know what it is ..it's a letter written by each of you expressing that you are willing and capable of getting married to each other within 90 days of him reaching the states......I also sent in copies of my passport pages where customs stamped each of my travel to and from my visits.... I am not sure of what you sent in but if you only sent the pictures and the form I-129F you are still missing documents...I also didn't see where you said you sent in the G 325 biographic data....what exactly did you send in with your application?
good luck

well...welcome to the journey. ....best of luck and for the nerve if you can or want to...just drink some red wine....it's going to be a journey...some longer than others but just remember your vjers family is here to support and guide you along the way....trust me this website will be like therapy...it helps in so many different ways...

I did my DS 260 online, I called NVC and they gave me the invoice number....I would complete it just to make sure because the DS 160 only replace the DS 230, 156, and 157
-
I totally understand that.
