Could just be taking a while for usps to update too.Its been 2 days , I wouldn't worry yet. Uscis isn't the fastest agency as we have all know here ?????

They may not have shipped it yet?? As soon as I place an order/ ship something , it appears on myUSPS when it's been shipped or a tracking number has been produced.

Do you have myusps ?? I believe you should be able to track it ?? I know I track all my things with it.

For all those who have received their cards already, did the I-131 status change, i do remember reading it that it doesnt change many times and sometimes it does, however, it does not matter coz you get the combo card nevertheless ?

I feel you on that lol, so whenever I'm unsure, I certainly know who will do some digging for me

The fool in me thought a tier 2 officer was the blanket of love and reassurance ???.
But in your case,I'm 100% it's coming soon. I mean, how much more longer could you wait ??? It's already day 98 !!

Oh what a day that would be! Lately I've been a lil busy, hence my not so frequent responses, but I do read through the thread and your responses to most questions being asked, keep it up! We are grateful for persons like you and the others in this forum !

I was also told my case would be " adjusted shortly " and that I would receive an update about ead soon ( day 76 I called) so I believe that's just a generic reply for those past and within the timeframe. This said, seems like people are usually approved by day 102-105 so you can't be waiting much longer !!!??

Hey there, I got mine exactly 7 days later. I received the I-797 receipts of approval for both EAD&AP on the 5th day from online update. 

From my post office experience, I would say it's most likely them. I've had lost papers/ mail more than once but anyhow, Uscis should still be able to send you a new RFIE.

Use this link to find your local congressman. They should have their own website and from there, you can fill and print out a form that you need to send them ( it should tell you which office to send it to). I recommend calling their office and ask if they accept walk ins ( one again , my mail never made it to them and I live 15 blocks away).
 
Also , if the date you was given via email has passed , you can try submitting a new e request. If anything, the website will shut you down if the date hasn't passed yet.
 

I would try contacting your congressman or senator . My case was collecting dust until I contacted mine ( I also had a service request pending so who knows). I got a response the next day. Definitely worth a try. Since you've also already submitted an e-request, not sure what else to do ??! Is your e-request still active ( within the delay given by Uscis )???
 
ps : Have you tried contacting your post office ?

Just called Uscis again . She did confirm my EAD won't get re-started so she said in about a week , I should get some kind of update about it .( my birthday is the 25th so that would be great lol). I went over the documents I sent and "apparently " it's all in order. ( taking this with a grain of salt ??).

I hope so .... I've just mailed my Rfe response. They will receive it tomorrow by noon so I'm hopeful for an update this Friday.

No - as long as his income is good enough alone. You should include evidence to support this, like a letter from his employer as well as the tax information.

Glad you have everything ready to send.  I saw before that they ask the same paperwork again so that the file arrives on their hands complete.  It must be the reason...
 
I've raised a SR request today, day 77.  I know it doesn't always work, but I wanted to try.  I haven't seen any update on mine since January 13th.
