that really encouraged me

we are both still woried and waiting for the letter for the RFE

in the uscis it does say that they already send it february 15

that mean it shoud be here soon we just hope its something simple and nothing wierd in it

but even if its somthing wiered , crazy and stupid we will all fight and do our best

we all who did not pass the unitial review so woried and depressed bcz that the most long part and if we have the aproval the rest it will be so easy

lets all pray and hope all be good bcz we are all in the same boat

I got on from California office on Feb 10th. Still haven't received it in the mail. I wish they would email you, letting you know what the problem is so you can have it ready when the hard copy actually shows up. Good luck

You are very lucky, ours was transfer to CA on Jan 14th, and alien # changed on 1/30. Congrats. The time for interview also depends on where the consulate is and how back up they are. Check to see the stats on you consulate, you might get a better idea on the time frame.

I also applied for i 130 in june 2013. I sent in the k3 in Sept. They joined each other a few weeks ago and were both transferred to Cali on the same day. I think we should both be hearing something very soon. Try not to worry.

I can't imagine that you should have any trouble with this. Many marriages have problems and the fact that you are going to consoling should also help to prove that you are serious about your marriage. Good luck.
