when i go into skype, click on hubby like we will start a call. Go to conversations, then view old messages. There mine say 1 day, 7 day, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, year, beginning. Though mine will not give from beginning just from the year is the oldest. Then start from the bottom and left click and hold while you scroll up to the top. Then copy all selected and paste on a blank page to print out. Mine included all the dates and duration of video chat.

Well it sounds like what you expected. I know it is devastating. Did he have proof about taking and English class at the interview? If not try to get a copy from the school as proof. You can't change the fact that his English was not good when you met, but you can that its improved during your marriage. Did you take another trip since the interview? If so you have all that proof as well. They seem to love pics of you with his family, so all you can send like that is also good. When you filed your taxes did you file married filing separate? Try to update you skype too, I was able to go back 1 yr on mine. I think at this time more is best. I am beginning to think if the CO is in a bad mood the day of the interview they like to deny. Its crazy. They forget most normal people don't document every step in their lives. We never are really sure what they are looking for or why they pass some and deny others. Morocco is tough to get a tourist visa. You have to show strong ties to your country so that they know that you will return and not stay in the US. The application is pretty straight forward, but I don't see many if any young men without a great job and wife and kids to go back to getting one. Good luck

Many people got the same letter, including myself, We finally got case closed on 8/29. Our scan date was 7/15 so you should be hearing something pretty soon. Good Luck

I had a check list for my AOS too. When I called NVC they said to just send in a new copy of the 864 and I did not have to send the Tax forms or other papers again. They said just make sure you send in all 9 pages again and sign it. Good luck

You should be hearing something soon. I received NOA 2 on March 5, NVC received it March 12 and we finally received our case # on April 17th.

If she is self employed she will need to fill out the I 864 she will not be eligible for the ez.

I hate that this has happened to you. Sounds like you did everything you could once you found out that he came to the US. He really is not your responsibility now. Since you never married, its up to the US Immigration to deport him. Since you didn't file an affidavit of support you are not financially responsible either. Good luck with everything.

On March 5, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

which as you see it says it was approved. I recieved the hard copy letter in the mail 5 days later. Hope that helps.

The RFE was for more evidence of marriage and a copy of my first divorce papers from 1988. I was married 2nd time in 1994 and divorced in 2003. I couldn't find my first papers when I filed in the beginning, but since I was married again, and sent those paper I really didn't think it would be a big deal, guess it was wrong LOL.

Well we finally go some good news. Our I130 was approved. I cant be more excited. We got an RFE on 2/10/14 received hard copy over a week later. Sent it back in quickly. They received it 2/28 and we got approval today 3/5/14. I know we are not yet done, but one step closed. Thank GOD for small miracles.

Yes the K3 is a waste of time especially at this point, I filed in June and mailed my K3 in Sept and they met up and we transfered together. We just received and RFE the other day. Have you tried calling to see if you can find out anything. It does seem to be taking a bit longer these days. It won't hurt to try to find out something. Good Luck

I hate that he has done this to you. Men can be so cruel sometimes. It if were me i would not file for divorce unless you needed to. I would make him do all the work and pay for it too. If you divorce him now that he has his citizenship, it will leave it open for him to marry someone else in Morocco and then file for her to come to the US. I wouldn't give him that option. He also might make the mistake of marrying before you get divorced which as you know is illegal in the US. So you might want to think about that too. Good luck
