The job he started working at let him go after a few days because when they tried to do the e-verify it wouldn't work for his name. He is in the process of removing conditions. Green card is expired but he has the extension paper. Why isn't all this good enough?

My husband applied for ROC and then we became separated. What does he need to do now?

So annoying, he showed them the paper  for the one-year extension. Are they putting the wrong number in the e-verify???

His job gave him an e verify paper? Why can't they do it?

He did it 90 days before and said they would extend his 2-year card in case it expired before he got the 10-year card. His card expired in March

They said they extended his 2-year green card until he gets the 10-year? I think that's how it went

Do we put the amount for the I-751 form AND the Biometrics fees together on same check??????

The new fee for I-751 is 595 then adding the Biometrics it is $680.

On the cover sheet for I-751 it says: Please also find a money order for $595, the fee for this form. Do you leave it at $595 or do you put $680??? Help please

I'm confused by this sample cover page for I-751 that is included in the Guides section. It says JOINT all throughout. Ours will just be for my husband. Do I just take out everything pertaining to JOINT?
