But why take so long to determinate that a person can go there. Once a person is approved without any issue why take so long?
In my cas I am a woman, math teacher, never havent been arrested, never try to go to usa ilegally, this is my first time that I try to go , and I am trying legally.
I had my interview on march 18 , all was good , no missing papers, no 221g wasnt given.
And now I am in ap 3 months.
Like me, there are a lot of people, that are put in ap without reason.
In my case my name isnt a muslin name and I am from the caribean, I have a normal name.
I dont have criminal record,
But my there is age diference between my fiance and me, and I think that is the problem for them.
They approved me and took my passport, they have it stiil, but I dont understand why the ap.
When the beneficiary doesnt have criminal records and the petitioner either, that is discrimination.
Clear discrimination. They play with people lives without care, and in many cases they issue visas to fraud couples quicker than to the real ones

When they belive that the relationship is fraud, they dont approved at the interview.
Ussually they say face to face that they dont belive in the relationship. Or that thay need investigate the relationship. They say directilly at the interview.
When they belive that is fraud they interview at the windows 13 ( fraud prevention), I wasnt interviewed at the windows 13.

Does ap prevent usa from the crazy american that have weapons and go to school, university, store or park and kil inocent people?
Ap doesnt prevent usa from kids, or teenager that go to school with weapons.
Kids, teenager, or people who kill a lot people on school, university , store or park arent inmigrant , they are just crazy american that can acce to weapon very easy.

They have all papers that show that I am no a criminal and overall before people go to the interview they know all about that person, with their agency they investigate everybody and read all the e-mail and social media of everybody.
We use the internet but usa governement spy everybody so if a person isnt a criminal or supicous of terrorisme why after a consular officer approved put the person in ap?
The long time that they take to issue a visa show their incapacity of investigate and that they areineficient doing their job.
Like tgey take care about people that are going to flight there, they need take of all the crazy people that live there and have weapons and can get very easy weapons to kill people in school , university, park, restaurant, store.
Usa is full of people with weapons , a good % of them are pure american no inmigrant.
When a young boy of 17 years or less can have a weapon and go to any school and kill students , they need think where are the dangerous people.

Isnt descrimination when consular officer say to one man for example: she is older than you, you arent going to have children with her?
They job isnt juge if the couple will have children or no.

I think that in many cases usa use ap as a way of discimination.
They discriminate people by religions diferences, age diference or somthing like that.
I dont understand why put people in ap by long time and torture people.
In many cases they approved people without give 221g papers or without missing papers, but put peoole wait long time for issue a visa without the poeple be criminal or terrorist.
They dont tell you that but when they put people in ap without reason is because they think that the beneficiary is a criminal or a terrorist.
They destroy lives people without feel pain doing that.
Usa think that is better that all the country in the world.
They discriminate people and all is right for them.
People dont have the right to get informations., just wait.

Dont worry about record, she will go to consultorio de visas to make the medical exam and they will give her the vaccinations that she need.
I went to my medical exam without record and all was ok.
Your fiance before interview needs go to make a medical exam to consultorio de visas, that is the only place that the consulate acept .
So dont worry about that.

It is afficial the consulate will be on its new adres on june 16, the new adress is AV. Republica de Colombia, Arroyo Hondo.
they will move the consulate on june 11.

Once you know your interview date, once month before interview you e-mail them and they send the packet 4.
when you get the case number from nvc, one month later you can e-mail the consulate to see if they have asigned an interview date.
So your fiancee can be waiting the packe 4 , and it doesnt arrive, then e-mail them one month before.

the only time that the consulate will send somthing to your fiancee is when send the appoinment letter.
But just in case that the letter never arrive, one month before interview you can e-mail the embassy and they will send the letter by e-mail, your fiancee print it, do tge medical and pay at banco popular with it.
Dont worry about adress , they find it.

When the love is real and you show that you are a eeal couple it doesnt matter the age diferences.My fiance the petitioner is 24 years older than me.
I am from a poor country and high fraud country also, but we are a real couple, and they approved us, and I am waiting my passport with the visa.
No all people that are with younger peoole are buying fresh meat, they are couple with the same ages that dont love each others.

Who knows, there isnt a timeline for that.
There are people that only are in ap for hours , and others for weeks, months etc..
There are people that are issued next day of their interview, so who knows exactly.
