  1. Hey...Vkrishna & Papaya07...Hi...I m from India and will be filing for my wife next week. Can u pls tell me which docs u guys sent in ur I-130 Package so that i can make a final look at my package.

All i hav is the following docs :

    1. I-130

    2. G-325A forms of mine & wife

    3. Marriage cert

    4. Mine BC

    5. Wife's BC

also please be aware that the original copies are needed at the NVC stage

  2. So what are some of you people reading? Am I missing something?

Consular office says: she misrepresented and changed her identity on official Lao documents in an attempt to circumvent U.S. immigration law. I don't read anything here that says the op was involved.

Consular office says: Furthermore, evidence also exists that raises PROTECT Act concerns. The word concerns does not equal guilt. It is 100% possible that this op was duped by this girl and her entire family. Some families have been known to put together elaborate schemes to get money from foreigners holding family meetings and setting up elaborate plots. Of course we don't have any idea yet whether this girl is 14 or 27 now do we?

If this op is innocent I hope he is exhonorated, if he is guilty I hope he gets locked up. He is just lucky that none of the persons making all of these accusations of guilt will not be on the jury (assuming there is ever anything that gets investigated) or he would be found guilty for sure, irregardless of the truth. Remember, in America a person is innocent until proven guilty. That is one of the reasons people want to immigrate here, it ties in closely with freedom. It seems many have forgotten this.

    well said....

  4. I'm trying to pay the AOS fee but I never get to the banking account information page. I selected the AOS fee then clicked the Pay Selected Fees button then the same page was loaded with an error message in the address bar:

    https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/Invoice.aspx?error_msg=-10&error_details_text=ORA-28000%3A+the+account+is+locked+-+GetSetupFields

Is anyone else having the same problem?

    Thank

    try using IE

  5. I would sincerely like someone to tell me what am doing wrong...

the dates are the length of time I stayed at different addresses...It keeps giving me an error message that just doesnt make any sense, even hen i took off the 2nd one,it still says that same error message

    attachicon.gif1.pngattachicon.gif2.jpgattachicon.gif3.jpgattachicon.gif4.jpgattachicon.gif5.jpgattachicon.giferror.JPG

I think the month on the "TO DATE" cannot be the same month on the "FROM DATE" on the next line item

    FEB 1974 to OCT 2006

The next "FROM DATE" should be

    NOV 2006 to DEC 2006

    Hope makes sense.

Try like this : Below is an example

    FEB 2001 to APR 2001

    MAY 2001 to JUNE 2001

    JULY 2001 to AUGUST 2001

  8. Hi,

Just curious: Your NOA1 was Sep 05 2013, and your NOA2 was Oct 01 2013. You filed under F2A. How did you get it done so quick?

    Thanks.

    Hi K and D

Apparently CSC has been approving F2A petitions rather quickly these days.( 14-60 days) . But then taking its own sweet time sending it to NVC. (6-8 weeks).

    USCIS works in mysterious ways.

Keep us updated as I will aslo be following your footsteps.

    Thanks
