You not the only one . My wife filed in early February and since April 21 has been in line for interview since  . We called uscis last two weeks and they said we will receive it within two weeks but still nothing called again yesterday as they said if she doesn't we should call back for them to tell us they waiting for some clearance or so we should see next week . We in TX Dallas field office 😭😭

Yhh last week my wife called asked to speak to L2 officer wait time 160 mins and they actually called back when it was time after taking to L2 officer she said we should expect the interview letter in a week or two and if nothing we should call back . Tomorrow is a week still nothing so we waiting until next week Tuesday to call again if still no letter !  Since 21 April in line for interview 😭.. Dallas field office

My wife called uscis yesterday and requested to speak to l2 officer 👮🏾 and she (officer) did some checks n called us back that my wife will have her interview letter somewhere next week or two and if she doesn't we should call back .. 

since 21 April we been in line for interview

I was at the Ghana embassy yesterday and was given a sheet which says "Please Submit your Passport and the Following Documents to GSS/CGI" and another sheet with the Heading "COLLECTING YOUR U.S. IMMIGRANT VISA".

I have few questions which I need advice from y'all . I wana file spouse visa for my husband and am confuse to when to file as am currently :

1. I have a pending N-400 application with uscis . Waiting for my interview letter since I did biometrics in march/April 2017

2. I want to change my name since am married now 

am told if I file for my husband whiles the citizenship isn't complete and also changing my name before my interview , it will prolong and delay the whole process for both N-400 and Cr1 visa

Would like to kindly ask the wait time for interview for N-400 as my wife filed in February 2017 went for biometrics in march/April 2017 and since then nothing from uscis ... when tracked says on April 21 they started the interview process for her N-400 . Anyone here with similar issues pls ?or any good news somewhere? 🤔🙏

congrats on your second interview but we need to know what basis was the first refusal on ? so we can know what to think n advise thou. but it should be generally around the same questions as the first time again and in depth...   if your kids were approved why the spouse refused ? are the kids born to both of you?

The is no expedite for pregnancy. And with the current timelines for CR1 it is likely she will have the child in Ghana. Fortunately, he can file CRBA for the child and it will gain citizenship.

As to expedite, no, there is no expedite for pregnancy (unless there is some life threatening complication perhaps but even then no guarantees).

A friend needs our help on what to do and he is the petitioner (USC) . The beneficiary who is his wife( got married last month) is now pregnant in Ghana and he is yet to file for CR1 for her.

the question now is that   DOES HE GO AHEAD AND FILE FOR CR1 WHILES THE BENEFICIARY IS CURRENTLY PREGNANT OR WAIT AND FILE AFTER BIRTH ? AND ALSO IS THERE ANYWAY

                                         THE PETITION CAN BE EXPEDITE SO SHE CAN COME GIVE BIRTH IN USA?

Even though some might think it is visa shopping but I see it as an honest move on your part. You were already here for love and when it didn't work out, you left.

It appears to me that USA wasn't the reason why you came here. So I believe it will be a credit to you. Just make sure you present enough evidence with the petition. I would even suggest you use a lawyer to help you present evidence to answer any questions about your first process that might become a problem at the embassy.

The embassy is not sometimes patient to listen to your explanation but if your petition answers most of the questions, it will make things easier for you.

It may be scrutinized more at the Embassy level because of why the first one did not work, and why you are tending to date people from the US, visa shopping, you know what I mean; but that can be over come with evidence.

 

So sure she can file for you, just doing CR-1 wouldn't be a guarantee anyways.

 

Have you seen her within the last two years physically? Since that is one of the requirements.

yes i know it will be scrutinized very well ..lol and yes i saw her whiles in usa but dont have any evidence to that as i wasnt expecting to be in the same situation or say dating her .. anyways we palnning on meeting again this year before filing .

Ok am kinda thinking which is the best,fast way .

My story: My ex ( fiancee back then) filed for k1 visa for me and i got approved for the visa back in 2014. Prior to leaving  my home country to U.S,

my fiancee told me after i felt a change of attitude from her and asked her if there is a problem that she has being cheating on me with another guy and that she has fallen out of love for me. bla bla bla..lol

I asked for help on here about what to do since i had already bought my ticket and have a few days to leave. Alot said since i had my visa n ticket already i should go and see her and try talk about it probably she misses me and the distance so i did but was not successful as she still said she does not love me like that anymore and dont wana marry me. 

I met an old class mate who introduced me to her cousin at a party when i was in the U.S. we became friends and just last year February  we started dating. She wants to file another K1 visa for me .

Now my question is can another K1 visa be filed for me again ? and is that a good way or what my chances are or we should just get married and file for CR1 please ?

departure from USA--07 Dec 2014

90 days expires on 12 Dec 2014

yes you should add all to your evidence it very important and i will say it a very good evidence with the pregnancy !! normally a week later u get your visa and passport in hand.

All you can do is try but Chances are really slim. You are in a hign fraud country... sorry it didnt work out for you maybe they will consider you left and did not over stay k1 but it looks bad for you....
