most of you might remember me from my posts back then..... Ok so this is my story been to USA before on a K1 visa but my ex didnt go through with the marriage after cheating on me. i returned to Ghana my home country before the 90 days period was up. ( left the usa on dec 7 and my 90 days period would end on 14 dec) .

i want to go visit my friends this summer so am thinking of applying for B2 visa, what should i expect at the interview please? and what are my chances?

well to qualify the petition a K1 for someone you should have met within 2 years of filing so yes at that time let say you were not qualified to file for her but now that you have met her you good to go just reapply and add the evidence of meeting her within 2 years.eg pictures and also its very good you coming back in May if am right you can use that to you advantage as well visit her take more pics together with other family members if possible and friends as well. save your boarding passes too it will be good .

yep she will need it ..just give her all docs u sent with your application from the begining , you dont wana give the CO a room for asking for more docs and delaying your visa.

a B1 application, job, acct & country ties (returning home

can prove you will adhere to rules) when you visit check

into schools, requirements, contacts etc and see if you can

get the F 1, but never overstay . good luck dude

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought you had to be admitted to a school to even apply for an F-1. Admitted, proof of finances for at least the 1st year, and then it seemed to me to be pretty easy to get approved. OP, why were you denied the first two times?

first time no good reason were given but the second one said low sponsorship . and you not worng yes u need to get admitted to school first

I would say you have a better chance.I had a cousin with a similar situation....he went and never got married just like you. He later went for a B1 Visa and got a 5 years multiple entry visa.

Those who remember after i got my visa bought my ticket quit my job and everything my fiancee told me i shouldnt come to usa again and she wont marry me(after we have been dating for 3 yrs) after she told me she has being hangin out with this guy and made out with him.. bla bla...... my VJ friends suggested since i already have my visa n ticket i should just go n try talk things thru with her probably the distance is a factor , i did went to usa last yr Septermber did all i could but she didnt even want to see until i told her seems she just want me to leave n go back to my home country so am leaving then she said she wanted to see me beforei leave we finally did meet once at her family house but nothing good came out of it to cut things short her parents got me a ticket to come back home . i didnt over stay my peroid i had until DEC 12 to get married and i left usa on the DEC 7 2014.

Now am back home Ghana and am thinking of applying for a student visa F1 again after i was refused about 2 times before the k1 visa was issued

WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT MY CHANGES ARE IN GETTING ANOTHER VISA TO USA??

Is there any one here who came into u.s with k1 visa but u.s finacee failed to go through with the marriage and still in the U.S please?

It sounds like a case of bride's cold feet, which is fairly common when wedding date comes close. Hoping for the best for you.

I am so sorry to hear you are having these problems. Someone else who has actually done a K-1 visa can better answer (I'm doing a CR-1 instead) but I believe she can cancel it by contacting USCIS. If you don't get married you won't be able to follow through with the next steps to legally move here. The visa is only valid for a limited time, during which you need to arrive and marry within 90 days. In addition if you do NOT arrive within 6 months I believe it automatically expires. Again, someone who has done a K-1 needs to correct me if I'm wrong here.

My suggestion though, since you have already purchased the ticket, talk to her and see if she is willing to delay the cancellation and allow you to fly there and speak in person, talk through the issues face to face and THEN make a decision. You are in a difficult spot right now but IMO if you love her and she still loves you, it's worth a chance. Long distance relationships aren't easy and an in person discussion may be what is needed to save the relationship. If you can resolve you are here legally and can marry and stay. If it is not resolved, you will have to go back to your home country.

EDIT: I see someone else said it's immigration fraud if you come without intent to marry. I would say to that you ARE coming with intent to marry, even if it doesn't happen, so not sure that's fraud. Can someone else respond?

thanks much , yes we have being talking she tells me she really loves me, am the only person who makes her happy and she still wants me in her life forver and i should not think she does not cos of this but its just that we have been fighting more and she feels is not the right time anymore... i do love her no matter what we have been together for 3 years now . my flight is in 2 weeks now cos i had to change it to go save my relationship cos the distance is killing us but she is still saying she feels the same way of us not going thru with this now my visa expires in november ...am just so confused now !!!!!

pls yes print out everythn all communications between you two ...dont give them room to ask more questions or call for evidence ..... haha thats what i did i sent in facebook messages of about 300 pages, skype , whatsap also 300 or even more pictures of us n some friends like 50 ,boarding passes from her visits ..... just hit them with all you have friend.....

You will need your pay stub, W2, Tax Returns with all the Work Schedules. And you will be needing the 2013 Tax information.

PS: if you have the Tax transcripts, that will be the only thing you will need.

When you decide to use Tax Transcripts, you will not need the W2. But if you choose to use the Tax Returns, then you will need the W2, and all the work schedule for the Tax returns.

BTW, when is your interview?

am getting the date on Wednesday.. am just confused..lol ok what are the other paper works for the tax returns ? we have w2 now
