Hi guys ... hope we all safe out there .  Had my interview on feb 27 got 221g to submit a letter from my co sponsor which I did on March 3 and on March 9 my status changed from AP/refused To READY , no updates since Ghana embassy is closed . 

is this a good sign pls ?

It won’t affect anything only that it might tell them ur intent to stay in USA but this was 9 years ago so clearly it should clear the intent to stay .  Like what   geowrian said just apply and see ... no harm in trying 

It’s strange because I also read a review just last week about her hubby being denied even thou they had co sponsor .. saying he will become public charge 

if i may ask y’all using tax transcript of the joint or co sponsor or just using assets. They want tax transcripts for sponsors so they know he or she is working.

Case details : local office Texas service center but got NOA1 from Nebraska service center processing our case . 

Filed Nov 2018 

will our case get delayed if I relocate and file for change of address online please ?

ok so let me ask , where u instructed by the embassy to go ahead and schedule interview date ? did u pay visa fees? asking all these questions because i do believe i saw a post on here where the person did the same as you doing and was returned back on the interview day to go n wait for the appointment letter from embassy.

we need help ! ok so my wife went for citizenship interview last week finally after waiting for over a year.

outcome: she passed the interview and was given the form with the following selected

1. you passed the tests of English and u.s history and government

2. follow instructions on form N-14

B. A decision can not yet  be made about your application.

now we got the the form N-14 asking for more docs

1. proof that she has reside in the state listed on form N-400..eg lease agreement, state ID etc

2. IRS transcripts for tax years 2012-2017

the issue is with the tax transcripts , only from 2014-2017 is available online on the IRS site . pls what should we do? we suppose to send docs to USCIS by 2nd September.

I tried to add mine and I’m getting message saying “We cannot find your case.” I know the receipt number is correct because it works on the older ‘Check Case Status’.

 

There is a bit that says “If your receipt number is correct, this tool may not support online tracking for your case.” But if people are able to file N400’s online now, I would assume the tool supports online tracking? Idk.

i will suggest you send everything that you sent to uscis to your husband and add current of all as well.. as in chats, call logs tickets from when u visited, boarding passes  wedding pics, etc

hi guys.... are the processing times on the uscis website accurate pls? asking this because my wife checked the processing time for N400 at Dallas FO last year and it said as of September 30,2017 processing cases as of September 28,2016 and just now i checked and it says as of January 5 2018 processing cases as of September 20,2016...... is dallas FO moving forward or backwards..lol

😭 seems Dallas FO is taking forever to schedule an interview date .... they currently working on applications from September 2016 😳 ... how long to we have to wait??  .... since April 21 we have been in line for interview 😭😭😭 

any ideas what happening in Dallas FO pls guys ?
