It's been 27 days since i filed my I-751 and still no Bio-metrics appointment from California Service Center. I'm waiting for 30 days to inquire online.

mistaken. My NOA 1 was created Feb. 16, 2016 i should have Bio metrics appointment by now.

Yeah. Probably within 1-2 months. Maybe sooner. That will have your case status number.

Yes.
Per your NOA instructions:
"Upon receipt of your ASC appointment notice, you can find the status of your case on-line at www.uscis.gov. To view the status of your case, enter the application number found at the top of the ASC appointment notice. NOTE: The I-751 form type will be listed as 'CRI89' under the application type in our case status on-line tool."

For CFO? di pa. tomorrow afternoon pa. sabi ng asawa ko pagkakuha ko visa bukas derecho kami ng CFO for sticker. tapos agad agad..pag available pa yung evening flight for tomorrow alis na kami. if not, Wednesday morning kunin namin na flight.

I called 2go customer service they gave me a tracking number. Thats how I got it. We already received the visa yesterday. My husband is comming on sunday.
I called the u.s embassy manila today. they told me that my visa was printed yesterday. how long till they deliver the visa? coz my husband needs to go back to U.S ASAP. that is why he so want me to get my visa so i can go with him. But my status on CEAC.. is Issued since Wednesday. but when i called the girl said it was printed just yesterday.

ok. had an interview yesterday in U.S embassy manila with my husband ( petitioner ). and we we're so excited. and we forget to ask if we are approved or not.
But the interview went well. they never gave me any paper for 221g. and they did not return my passport after my interview, so i supposed I' am approved. I just get worried why the status on ceac doesn't changed after i had my interview. the american consul just gave me a paper to read about legal rights.. for domestic violence.

Hello guys. I am half sleepy still after having no sleep last night. Wow! This feeling that I know all of you have been through. I and my friend are planning to go attend CFO but we dont have INTERVIEW ACHEDULE YET. Would this be advisable? What day abd time is the best to go attend the seminar? Any thoughts? Thank you.
P.S. Still the website isn't showing calendars for schedule.
it's advisable to get your visa first. then, go to CFO for seminar and Sticker. since you are on K1 category.
it's best to be at CFO office early. they are giving 30 slots a day/ mon-fri

i have a CR visa application approved, paid the visa fee and submitted the AOS last march but I’m still waiting for the visa packet to be sent in the US Embassy Manila. Now I’m currently in the US with my wife for the holidays using my B1/B2 visa and will come back to the Philippines on Jan 2 as I have 15 months more in med school and I have a business to manage back home. Our 2nd wedding anniversary will be on Jan 2012. My questions are first, will my visa category change to CR to IR since by the time of the interview we have been married for more than 2 years and second, if the visa packet will take a while to be released, can I apply to VRP to visit her again in summer? My 10 years visa will expire in 2012. I answered yes to all the VRP requirements but just wondering if I’m eligible since i have a pending immigrant visa application
