Let her go back, clearly you are not her priority.

Since the baby is a USC, and also assuming your fiance is the father, the baby will need to be included in your fiance's household size...not in the part where its asking for names of children to follow. He will put the baby's name in part 8 of the I-134 form where it asks THE FOLLOWING ARE DEPENDENT UPON ME FOR SUPPORT. All dependent children need to be included in household size no matter where they live, whether or not they are claimed on taxes, or whether or not the sponsor has custody.

firegirl1788 reacted to QueenE in dont want to wait another 4 or 5 months
This is a long long journey. You have to know that the only way to overcome the stress is either relocating to be with him or hanging in there. I was pregnant when I was in your position, everyday a new development would happen in my pregnancy my heart would break because he wasn't here to experience it with me. At one point I was ready to quit school and move to Nigeria, because I couldn't stand how much my life was on hold because of a third party. My daughter was born and we were still waiting... I understand the hurt and so does everyone else here, but if you love someone. You have to be strong. Imagine women whose husbands are in the military and shipped away from there families for even longer time. It took us 9 months before he got his final approval. Breaking up over this is not even worth it, if you know this person is the right one for you. May I suggest just getting off visa journey for a while, and go do things that keeps you too occupied to think about this process every waking minute. I remember I had to take a little break from here, because I started to get jealous when I saw people getting approved.

I don't think that 3 months is ridiculous. It takes time to process files. I would have been happy with the total of 8-9 months of total processing time that they were averaging when I filed my petition. That being said, I do think it's silly that petitions that were filed after you are already getting their NOA2 if they're in the same service center. Have you checked on the USCIS website to see when your file was last touched? Have you had your fiance call to find out what's going on with your case?
Again, I've been waiting for 8 months.I still don't have an NOA2 yet. If 3 months is ridiculous, then 8 months must be obscene to you. Perhaps you are only considering your own pain, and not that other people have been waiting much longer. Imagine that you've already been married for years, and can't see your spouse for that long. It really sucks. I'm not saying that what you're going through isn't difficult, it most certainly is. But you will probably be approved and here with your fiance long before my husband is here. And I have a hard time commiserating with you when you are being nasty to people who are basically agreeing with you.

Ah okay. So you think it's okay for yours to only take 3 months and mine to take over 8 months. Cool.

What is the date of the NOA1 (letter saying USCIS has received the petition)?
What is your due date?
I can give you more information once I know these dates.
