I don't where I can find an employer. I tried indeed and monster hundred times but no response. I have 3 years of experience in IT field but no one response even in a clerical jobs.

can you help me with this? to find an employer that can hire me?  

No I cannot job hunt for you, look directly at the websites of international companies for jobs that are being advertised. These companies are more likely to have had experience with hiring foreign employees. Another path is to get a job with an international company that has offices in the US in your own country then in a few years see if they will do an inter departmental transfer
