With a lot of TSC topics forming and the march section with some CSC providing false hope for us TSC filers i figure lets make one.
That way we can keep a trend and keep it clean.
Right now last update was 28th. So i could even be considered a April filer. Its frustrating for my fiancee and I. She is taking the whole wait very hard. Normally I would be visiting her around this time so its depressing for her.

You can go by the current trend. Look at nov/dec. they are still processing november.
So the way it looks I wonr be with my fiancee until december. Having gone 13 months without being with her. Its going to be hard.

I just told my current employer to extend my grad contract with a unknown date. I am graduating and to do so I have to do an internship. Im glad its paid. He needed an end date so told him just do oct 1st. It sucks because it will be a long time and I will get paid under the government set rules for minimum wage.
But it will give me time to save up some money. Im trying to stay strong for both me and my fiancee. She is really struggling with this. Its hard on her. Im not as much affected by it right now because of my thesis but I am sure once thats over, ill be a mess as well. A grown up man being a mess. Kind of weird to think about to so true. Let me be with my fiancee!

The hardest part for me at this point is making commitments at home. I am about to graduate and since I cannot work fulltime I asked my current employer to extend my grad contract. Basically meaning I wont make the 2200-2700 all the rest will make. I'll be working below my countries minimal salary but I get experience. But its weird because I cannot tell him my exit day.
I just have to keep trucking and stay strong for both me and my fiancee. In the end it will all be worth. Right now its just frustrating and I wish I could ask for a CS change.

April people have been getting their NOA2. Wish I could call just for a transfer to the CSC lol. Its so unfair :-(

hi everyone !
we filled the I129f, was sent byTexas uscis on May the 1st. My fiancé in the US, in Phoenix , recieved the NOA1 on May the 10th but it was sent from Los Angeles !
is that normal?
i can see on the timeline here that people who apply to CA have already their NOA2, in less than a month whereas others form TX haven't yet after months ! is that normal?
i wonder a lot and time gets rough as being far, with time different and the " we don't know if we will be together one day" is upon our heads !! i feel depressed today and all testimonies are welcome
good luck to every one in. the process

Is your file send to California? Or did it stay in Texas?
Also this is March and not May. On top of that could you fill in your timeline so that you and others can keep track of your progress in the whole transition.

Sorry for ask but why you dont go to visit him??
I never have a relationship in the distance i know what it is now and is hard soo hard.
Before/after applied my fiance he came to visit me twice i just cant be without him
:(
Its expensive. My fiancee asked the same if I would be able to visit her (she works part time barely makes enough to pay schooldebt). I am simply not able, if I did visit it meant I would not be able to fly to her once approved.
For some people these things are so calculated that there is no room for extra spendings just to comply with the timeframes. Don't forget you have to pay a $1070 for your status adjustment, which isn't cheap either. So me as a student, who has a decent saving because my government pays for schooling, and I saved up my money from my grad internship, its all I have to make this whole thing happen from flight to marriage to adjustment. That way she can keep paying her bills.
So we rather not spend a year together then having financial issues down the line that could ruin the relationship.

I sent my petition April 15th . I am with CSC
Could you fill in your timeline? It helps others a lot as well as yourself.

Only pack important things. Leave heavy things behind and use a shipping company if you are taking your other belongings with you. I am leaving everything behind except for my clothes, some electronics and a few books. I will be taking 2 suitcases with me.

Anddddd.... another day of nothing. Lol.
Right now I focus more on getting an email then on my thesis for my bachelor... frustrating to say the least.
-
2 weeks ago they said they where on like Nov 19th. Its purely random I guess.
-
yeah,i know but thanks. so many days pasted, but i got nothing from there. wait and wait and wait...i made a timeline in VJ, and it tells me like this:Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between May 25, 2014 and June 5, 2014*. Do you guys believe that?
Many days? Its only may 13th. You received your NOA1 28th of April. I know its hard, but still. However that timelime is just a rough estimate based on what others have experienced. The way the CSC is moving looks about right.

Is it true that the normal processing time at TSC is now 6months, for k1?
I read it from visa journey Facebook page.
I'm getting frustrated everyday.
If I where you i'd put in a request or call. From what I have read this speeds up the process.

Hey everyone!
I am sorry if this question has been answered or not, however, my fiance's paperwork arrived at the embassy however it is saying that it is under Administrative Processing and can take a few weeks to process through. Anyone else have experience with this? I am worried that it will really hold up our visa.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
I think at this point you can call. I am not sure though. I think it's processing in the system which requires time as you are not the only person (sadly lol).
If I am mistaken someone please correct me. I am not at this point yet. (March filer)

Last question for the night, how far back would you think is needed for proof of an ongoing relationship? I went to print off all the messages on fb between now and when he left in Dec and that's 35pgs even when I reduced it to georgia 10 and took out the spaces. I also have skype calls I can print off as well, so maybe shrink it down to 3mths or just edit out some so it's a brief look at Dec-May?
For proof I did random snippits.
Skype: screenshot of the first month with skype call hours. Then three months later the same. Then at month 9 another screen shot. And the last one was of just before we send the package.
Whatsapp: screenshot from the log that shows the time stamps. Same fashion as with skype. This all resulted in about 6-8 pages. Whatsapp was a bit harder to find appropriate text since.... sexting.
Hope this helps a bit reducing the logs and pages.

I think its the area that is affected by the typhoon.

Hello to y'all
I'm new here in VJ and a March 2014 filer. My fiance received our NOA2 last week and it was approved April 30th
Which Service Centre? TSC or CSC?
If TSC are you from the expedite area? The zone affected?
-
No not at all. I wish I was at that stage right now, but my fiancee waited to long with shipping it and then forgot to sign the I-129F (overlooked the very small signature spot in the middle of the page).

I honestly know what you mean. You want to really know what boils me? The fact that you have all of these people trying to go about this the LEGAL way and we are told that we need to wait XXX amount of time, pay this fee and that fee etc. and so forth, while you have millions upon millions of illegal immigrants currently in the USA wanting amnesty granted to them and this benefit, and that benefit, and they are ALLOWED to stay here! So while us honest folks who are trying to do the right thing as Americans, we are told we need to "wait in line" for an unknown amount of time, as well as treated as if we did something wrong by calling them inquiring about our cases. I work for the State Government with a Police Department and I tell you what, I am blown far away by how absurd and horrible this process is. I am in the current process of doing up several letters, getting in touch with my local politicians and so on and so forth and bringing this unfair system to people who can make a difference. As loyal and honest Americans this is unacceptable and while I want my petition approved just as well as any other, I will not just sit here and try to help myself with this as this is a problem and it needs to be addressed.
Here is a little news article for you. This is how unfair the system is with this....
Thanks for the article. That is kind of infuriating. That's probably explains the long wait we have to go through right now...

You can scan them, cut them at the correct form. I send them to my fiancee. Took 9 days and 1 international stamp. It allowed me to write a cute note along with it. Giving me some future husband points.
IT'S ALL ABOUT THE POINTS PEOPLE! lol. I am losing it.

Depending on where your fiance(e) lives you can get either California Service Centre(CSC) or Texas Service Centre(TSC). I think the country is split in half (East and West coast).
The time can also depend on what country your beneficiary is from. Some countries have expediting conditions. That means they will end on top of the pile for quick processing.
CSC can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 5 months (NOA1 -> Interview).
TSC can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 months (NOA1 -> Interview).
Hope this gave you a rough guesstimate on how long it will take for you and your fiance(e).
-
I cannot go anywhere. Currently busy graduating. 4 weeks left till my thesis and after that I have to wait till mid july for the result and my bachelor degree. After that I hope progress has been made by the USCIS. So that I can be with her right after that.
-
I keep hoping for a 2 week/per month so that they will catch up quickly. The CSC is laughing at us in Texas and it kind of makes me sad and frustrated every day. Seeing people being done in less then 3 months...
-
I hope so too. I really wished for an updated stat overview on the USCIS website (tools). That way we could estimate how long it would really take.
Like on here people mess up their Timelines and it gets all messed up by people just filling in random numbers (i.e 05-05-2014 NOA1 - 20-05-2014 NOA2, well done. Let me know how that future is going for you). And its only a small representation, I think about 10% of the total signees per month.

I agree though. It sounds rude but its the truth. It depresses a lot of us. I meant this to be for us who the "unlucky" ones.
I dont want to offend anyone (even though by saying that I probably did).
