Hey Steph,
When i initially sent in my 1-129F petition, the letter of intent was done by me (petitioner-US Citizen) and my address was on the top, the Service centre where it will go to would be on the second line.
At the end of the letter, create another Signature line e.g
Signed,
Petitioner's Name: U.S citizen signs here and puts his name
Beneficiary's Name:Fiance signs here and puts her name.
It was approved by the Service Centre.
For the Actual Visa Interview, you do the same thing but The address on the top would be Petitioner's Address
Second line: Consulate's Address for the foreign fiance.
Hope this helps.
Both the Petitioner and Beneficiary also signs at the bottom of the letter.

Yes, the 1-134 has to be NOTORIZED by a PUBLIC NOTARY in the U.S for it to be accepted at the consulate.
It also has to be dated. (very close to the Interview date)

It was xfrd to CSC . it is now at the CALI service centre

I would leave the NONE there and alone.. That is what i did cos at this stage you really don't have an A number yet.
NONE is the right answer.
Leave it alone and don't white out anything.

big congratulations. The journey is over for now.
Hope everything else goes smoothly for the AOS

Thanks!!
Hi Lekan,
I saw that in your timeline, the visa was initially denied.Do you mind sharing what the reason was in the first place. My fiance's interview is also coming up in Nigeria. Any heads up?
Thanks

Hi Christy,
You have to go by what the your beneficiary consulate wants.
Usually it is the I-134 for K1 visa application and the I-864 is for the AOS process.
Mine wanted a I-134 with supporting evidence
Ask your beneficiary if he or she got a checklist from the consulate.

Thank you so much for the advice.I will definitely get more than what is required for him.Hopefully everything turns out well.
Thanks guys and congratulations again on having your significant others beside you.It is really not easy without them by our sides.
How are they enjoying their stays in the U.S anyways. Is is diffucult for them to adapt to the U.S lifestyle.I know it is pretty fast and hectic here but with the right support, they will scale through
Thanks again.
