Hello guys,
Is it possible they do not update all their website ?
I went to "egov.uscis.gov" and my status is still "my case was approved" (where people have usually "your card was produced, I just have "We ordered your card" - since monday)
and today, I visited "my.uscis.gov" and... no update (still stuck at "your case was transfered at your local office)... hope my case was not lost between the desk of the officer and the desk of the printer ^^Insert other media

Congrats! I am a July 10 filer as well ,EAC17284... no news yet. Still stuck on case was received... status. I hope they process it before it goes outside normal processing time
Thanks.
You have the same number and the same day as me. I bet you are the next one !

Well... I just checked my case status online and I am a little bit lost :
Which one is the good one : the number linked to CRI-89 or the number linked to i-751 ? Because the first one say "case was received" (July 10th, 2017) and the other one says "case approved" today (November 2018).
I imagine de CRI-89 is about bio metric and i-751 is about my green card ? So, I imagine, I am done with that, haha !
location : VSC
Case received : July 10th, 2017
Case approved: November 6th, 2018
no N-400, no RFE, no confirmation email.
With that, they say they received my case 11/5/18 and ordered my card 11/5/18

A friend of mine got his citizenship yesterday. He came several months after me in US, went through the same process and I am still stuck waiting for my ROC approval.
I have to admit I was happy for him but felt desperate for me. Luckily, there is this forum ^^

I went to Philadelphia yesterday to get a stamp (I was finally lucky to have an appointment after 1 month trying). They gave me one year but keeped my green card. No question asked about the timing, since my extension letter expire today.
After that, I went to PennDot to renew my driving license who was expired for one month. Just had to show my passport with the stamp and they renewed it. Again, no question asked about the timing and why I waited one month before renew this driving license.
I have to tell that I feel relieve since I was without driving license for one month, it is difficult to you live in a small city without a driving license!
Now, I am back to the waiting game ^^

Am I wrong or as soon as you Launch your n-400, your ROC in VSC is approved within weeks while the others still waiting? It seems I saw that for June and July filers...

is this the notice for the production of the permanent Green card or for the 18 month letter?? We are Vermont filers EAC17284xxxxx. NOA July 10, 2017 and Biometrics August 11, 2017.
New Card Is Being Produced
On July 10, 2018, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EAC17284xxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Woaw... same day as me... I hope I am on the same line than you! Maybe I should file my N-400 too... Congrats!

@mimikadoHere in VA, I was issued my DL Dec 2017 and it's valid until 2025. Still no new extension letter though.
Arrff! I am jealous ! I m gonna move to Virginia ^^
About making an appointment for this famous stamp I-511, every time I go to the website, they keep telling me there is no opening available for this week at my local USCIS center... for 3-4 weeks... Do I do something wrong?

When did you file? I received my extension letter a month or two after my case was received.
I filed last year at the beginning of July and received the extension letter 10 days later . But I was speaking about the 18 month extension letter. They are suppose to send it to us very soon.
11 minutes ago, Jenny & Chris said:Hey! My husband was in the same boat because Georgia gives you a driver's license that expires at the NOA date (7/10) not the green card expiration date (9/29). He went to the DMV office and explained and they are giving a 4 month Paper DL extension...so at least that is something! Maybe your state has the same thing? Hopefully we will all get an 18 month extension letter soon to replace our 12 month letters; I see some June 2017 filers have gotten theirs in the mail. The DMV lady also did let him know that the paper DL does not count for ID with the TSA if he has to fly.
Good to know! I appreciate your feed back. The guy at the DMV did the same with me! I will try to explain my situation and see what append (even if that's mean I loose a day of work ^^). I am not sure what are the rules in Pennsylvania but I will try for sure!

Chips! My drivers license is about to expire and still no sign of the extension paper... Am I the only one who will have to go to work by foot ?

Yeah I think approvals so far were all from vsc. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
I think the very first one was someone from CSC but it was like some months ago, completely outside of the usual process time.

Hello guys,
I read in this threat that we have to make an appointment at our local USCIS center to get a stamp to have a one year extension (by the way, why don't they send an extension letter automatically if they know we have to wait more than one year? ^^).
How do I find out where is our local USCIS office? Is it the place where we did the finger print?
-
Did my biometric today... I guess it's time to "wait and see" until next year, now ^^

It is not a PO box for Vermont
