That looks good for a response, but consider including EVERY statement, etc. from that time to now... 8 over a 3 year period is not many statements... you should have at a minimum one each quarter so 4 per year and 12 for your ROC... keep in mind that is probably the minimum I would send.

looks pretty good to me. I am in the process of compiling my list and you def have what i would think of.
perhaps all bank statements since you don't have credit card statements? i.e.. monthly not quarterly?

Intent alone cannot deny AOS... and if it does, it will not be upheld... of course if you are a drug dealer back in your home country, or have committed crimes, etc. then those are considered negatgive factors and you will be denied. just make sure you consult the right attny, and they will guide you...
everyone on this site cries wolf with the word AOS is brough up...

NLR, intent is overcome as long as there are no negative factors. If OP is a US citizen, and spouse is immediate relaitive (in this case husband/wife), as long as there are no negative factors, its fine. This has been upheld by the supreme court and is case law...
dont scare the OP into the whole 10 year ban...
intent AND negative factors have to both be present to be denied if USC + Spouse...

Don't think you are alone and fighting for nothing. Reach out if you need it. Send me a message if you need to vent, we are in this together, as a community. Hold your head high Dude. This situation brings moments of weakness in all of us. *hugs*

I don't know if this is a passing thing for you or not, Dude. I've regretted making the decision to move back here. I've apologized to everyone involved more than once. I don't know how I would have dealt with it if we'd been apart in the beginning of our marriage. At this point, knowing that you're probably dealing with clinical depression, I would not cancel the process. You're not in a good frame of mind to be making massive life-altering changes. Stay the course for now, please, get some help, from someone, and then reassess your thoughts on the situation. Depression can wreak havoc on your thought processes. But I wouldn't make any decisions until I knew I was in a better mental and emotional state.
Oh, and btw, I don't think that a Christian marrying a Muslim is that big of a difference or a big deal, unless you make it one. It might just be a cultural thing? I don't know. From my outsider perspective, it's the same God, just a different form of worshiping Him. As long as you can both refrain from claiming your way is the only right way, I really don't see why it should be a bone of contention.

Lisa, to be honest i never really looked at the schedule for poverty guidelines, but based on "house hold size" not sure how dependents play into this. Does it go based on who is registered to that address? or by the number of people you are "sponsoring" aka financial responsible for. as a backup may not hurt to have someone who can be a joint sponsor/co sponsor to ensure there are no issues should they bring it up (either at the NVC stage or the interview stage)...

I performed some cleaup on the sheet and added graph for transfers... Didnt want to add graph for approvals, its too painful to see...
probably some sort of batch process where they just have the system read the barcodes and then the system spits out notices... ? (like 3 for each petition.... LOL! ) Perhaps they also work with CGI federal... LMFAO... ..... too soon???

well an alternative way to look at it is, perhaps by doing this they are actuall working off some of the backlog at the service centers... if service centers are flowing in with petitions from feb-july... that is a WHOLE lot of them... perhaps it gives them a weak to put a dent in the stack before the next batch arrives?

i am an august filer and i havent seen transfers yet, but if i get transferred i will be sending morse code to all!!! LOL
i am glad that there is movement for approvals! I really am, it sucks its not in the order in which it was received, but at least its not like it was back in september where there was 1 approval in 2 weeks... now we have 7-15 approvals a day!!! that is improvement!!!
    Thanks all for your help!
