FINALLY!!! CASE COMPLETE AS OF TODAY, LAST SCAN AUGUST 22, WAITING FOR THE INTERVIEW, ANY IDEA HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET INTERVIEW DATE, THE NVC TOLD ME THEY ARE STILL SCHEDULING FOR NOV,,,THANK TO ALL VJ FAMILY AND GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE,,,,,

AOS fee changed to N/A today, I will call later today hoping for CC, Last scan Aug 22,,,,,,,,

Hello All,
It has been 3 months since I got my case number and still no IV invoice, I am really tired of this process. me and my wife can not take it anymore, I am leaving oversease tomorrow to stay with my wife and daughter untill the NVC start working on our case. 14months + since we started this process and still do not know when it is going to end, I quit my job and put my education on hold till who knows when. I am really frustrated right now, but what can we do!!! goodluck everyone and i will try to keep you updated if anything happen (internet slow oversease),,thanks

I called NVC yesterday again, they still have not got to the email that I sent 2weeks ago (embassy change request) and was told it could take up to 2 more weeks!!(4 weeks to get to email) that is just a waste, I am so over this process, OMG...11 months since I started this process and still do not know when will end!!!God help us!!!!

On March 5, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283

I really do not know how they are working!! does not seem they are working in the Orders they were received!!! I am getting tired of checking my case every time

ok even better, his transferre date 12/17,,,,,,,,my transfeer 12/26 getting closer:)

I agree you do not need a lawyer, everything is well explained in USCIS website, and if need more help VJ is great website, and good luck...
