You still have a long way to go. When Embassy received your package from NVC, they will send you the Petitioner, Packet 3, which is the list off all form your fiancee will need to file. make sure you read carefully and follow all the instructions.
from there you will know wht to do. you can alson spend more time on this site nd read people stories, it will helps you know what is ahead.

Another cautionary tale - DON'T HAVE ANY MARRIAGE CEREMONY BEFORE ENTERING THE US ON THE K-1.
See what can happen when you decide on your own that a non-legal marriage ceremony before going to the US is okay for the K-1. It's not what you think that matters. It is what the US Embassy/Consulate thinks.

Hi, have almost the same situation, NVC send my case to embassy since June 20, I track it via and find it has been delivered on June 24th. The embassy still told me they don't have my case yet.

Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center. can anyone teel me how long before the embassy send you packet 3? why they told me they don't have my file when it has been deliverd to them on June 24th?

Have you tried contacting the consualte that the beneficiary will interview at? You can ask them directly what their procedures are for applying for a K-1 visa through them.

I am in the military too and they approved mine after 4 days.In my case I send them my order and one letter explaining why I want my case to be expedite.just told them in the letter I might be deployed soon. and they approved it.I thing everyone in the Military should required for case expedition.

#11 of i-134 asks whether I intend or not intend "to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3. --- I assume I should check that I intend to do so. Later, it says that if you intend to support the individual named in item 3, "indicate the exact nature and duration of the contributions." Do I need to say that I will support room and board and how much money I will give and for how long??? How did you all deal with it?
