Well, I guess no action from TSC tonight. I called and made an inquiry into my case Thursday and they said my case was outside the 180 day window and so they would file an inquiry and get back to me within 1 - 6 days. No call. I'm sick of the "Initial Review". No internet or cellphone notification. So disappointed. Let's all hope everything happens this week. After all, hope is about all we have.

This waiting is stressful.

I am talking about the adjudicators. Unless you talked to an adjudicator but I am pretty the person you talked was like one of representatives we talk to when we go to the local offices. They have access to all the information but cannot adjudicate the case.

So i guess they are going for 36... But i dont think they follow any order... Or they try but it might be other factors that makes them go faster for some people and slower for others... Who knows...

Got my approval email at 9:30 usa time.

Cases oround me still not approved so more proves to say that they do this thing ramdomly.

Yesterday i didnt post anything an i didnt check my status last night before bed... Maybe u need to do the same...

This morning idk y i woke up at 6am for no reason... I went ahead and called my fiancee and whilr we were on facetime i was like wait let me check this status... And bam!! Approval!

I was like baby omg! I cant believe it... We just got approved!

So it wad crazy!

An advice, go ahead and do stuff, go to gym, walk to the mall, go to walmart... Take ur head out of this bs...

I think majority of december filers that got transfered had to wait 6 months and a half... Maybe thats what it is... Texas timeline i mean...

Guys.. omg.. i just noticed something. I have been thinking this whole time that my notice date was the 17th... but its the 19th!!!

URRRRRRG. SO notice date is the NOA1 date? Am i correcT?

or is it received date?

On your notice of transfer, in the top right corner, there is a "Notice Date". Also, on your original NOA1, there is a "Receipt Date" on the left hand side. My transfer "Notice Date" was listed as January 3, 2013 but my original NOA1 "Receipt Date" was January 2, 2013. So, there may be some minor inconsistencies in the system with regards to one day or the other. Just my humble opinion.

I called 2x but he didn't answer. I don't want to text him the news so I guess I will have to wait till the morning to speak in person. The night is still young and lots of people got the service request standard response today so my fingers are crossed that all of them get good news tonight too!

Hi everybody! We got our NOA2 Approval notice by email and on USCIS website at 9:31 PM Eastern time, June 26.

NOA1 was Jan 22, so we got it in 5 months, 4 days. We were transferred in the first batch from VSC to TSC on May 30.

So, everyone that didn't get notice yet, just keep hanging in there. It's definitely coming soon. We originally thought ours wasn't coming until August, so I think the transfer was a good thing.

I think once I get the approval I will say my god finally instead of yeahhh we got approved.. it's annoying waiting and waiting. I hate that the dates change in my timeline and it give me hopes that it will come by that date but then I have lost hope.. so disappointing...... July 3 I will make 6 months I got my noa1 and nothing...

We have the exact same timeline as you folks. I keep in touch with my fiancée and keep hope alive. Now it seems like forever. 10 years from now, we'll look back and say, 'That was worth the wait'.
