Please can someone tell me if I can go for fingerprinting prior to medical examination ? If yes, what all documents should be carried there?

Hello,
I saw that many people have already started petitions on the white house website, but none succeeded. I wanna start a new one, but first, I tought that is really important to have a strong campaign about it, something beyond visajourney, to try to reach 100,000 signatures.
So thats what I tought about and wanna know if anyone is interested in helping:
1. Creating a good petition, with a clear text about the situation of K1 and K3 applicants;
2. Tying to contact the midia, like newspapers, NGO'S, or maybe famous people to help;
3. Creating an hashtag about the theme to help spred the topic on social media (I thought about something like #lovewithoutborders our #lovebeyondborders)
I might be dreaming about a revolution, but none of us like to be away from our loves, so I really believe that if everyone here help spread the theme, we could make some difference.

Alicia98981...I understand what you are saying... especially before we got our NOA2... What I did to keep myself busy so I did not stalk online all the time was I kept going through all the papers I would need for the next step of the process so when the time came.. I was ready. And I read.. and read, and read some more.. trying to find everything about Casablanca experiences! (they are one tough consulate!) I still *try* to not stalk processing times. It is frustrating! Hopefully it will go fast for you! Good luck!

I would definitely ask for a refund for the VJ services... Especially since they did not accurately predict when you will get approved by the govt...

you could keep calling but I don't think that helps lol!! Only couple people were lucky to get their case numbers assigned few days after.. and for most people it is taking close to 30 days. I think you should start gathering all the paperwork that is needed for DS-230 and AOS package

I got the same response also... on top of that, the rep said to call at the end of April and I said its almost 50 days and he goes "yes, we are backlogged and its taking a long time"

As simple as this..how come they were asking for more proof of a true marriage, well in fact going through with all this waiting, so deppressing, is a sign of true love and genuine marriage. 9 months had passed since we started this visa journey, our case is still in USCIS. I started loosing hope.

i totally understand the feelings because i am going through the same situation no1 else living a normal life with their partner can understand this pain .....i have been married more than a year now also expecting a baby and i m no way near my visa i expect my husband to feel the same but probably men are less expressive or he have alot of other things to do so he is less frustrated than me plus i have to face the society who constantly ask me y i m living with parents after marriage ... but feels like i have no way out never thought abt this kind of marriage before gettin married to US citizen they think we dont deserve a normal life like others:(

Maybe my moaning about NVC paid off as we finally got our case number yesterday!

I am amazed with the level of support I am seeing on this thread and people sharing their stories. I know this wont do anything to USCIS and their processing times, but knowing that we all are wishing and hoping for each other, makes me get by the day and be more hopeful tomorrow.
On that note, it is really sad how insensitive some people are being, causing more pain and provoking people that are hurt. If you can't say anything to support us then don't say anything.

I completely feel your guys pain... especially the kids situations. I'm sorry you're going through this. I'm usually very optimistic and my wife keeps strong. But 10 months after our marriage, still separated... and that's not counting the time after the approval... is too much too bare. Our government is focused on making the illegal immigrants legal, which I completely understand but at the cost of my marriage? Not ok with that at all... We haven't even gone on our honeymoon. Every night when I Skype with her, I can see the pain in her eyes but she doesn't say anything because she wants me to be strong... And there isn't anything I can do about it.
