I just got email with interview days for 3rd June! Maximum stress!!!!!

Someone just replied my post on January and said it depends on your visa. K1 visa change there is a 50/50 chance. Every other Visa will 100% get interview which seems right to me.

Oh, so even if I'm k1 and have my status "testing and interview" I still might not have interview? Heh that would be great

Is that possibility when we have testing and interview we might never have interview? The description says that not everyone are required to get interview.

My husband's EAD/AP were approved this week. It was odd that we didn't get any text messages; I found out by checking the USCIS case update website, like I do every morning....

and now we're looking forward for any sort of update on the I-485 AOS.

I was wondering... Anyone from Los Angeles waiting to hear back about interview dates? I read somewhere that when and if cases are transferred to CSC, the interview is waved...???

Yes, i am registered but when my status changed I didn't get email so I guess it doesn't work. Even though I marek that I want to get email. But if I get mail it will be fine

I am getting very worried now. Still didn't change. Did you every had an initial rEwiev for your gc? Or it just changed from acceptance to interview? It's more than two weeks after my fingerprints date appointment and about 3 weeks since I did early walk in...

I think you should wait. Mine is still on acceptance and you can see my timeline. Also I did early walk in so it's like 3 weeks now after fingerprints.

Ok sorry for panic, I shouted the glass door and now it is between net and glass.

Any advices for future? Does the spray for bugs or spider would immediately kill it? I am really afraid of spiders, but knowing that the venomous is making it worse. If it's normal spider I could cope. California.. You are beautiful but spiders?

The problem is that I would rather it not fall because when it falls it can easily hide. If it was next to the regular floor or carpet i wouldn't have any problem...it didn't move for like one hours since I found it but it might move in the evening. I hope no.

How should i kill it? I am terrified of spiders, but I must do it, it can't run away. It is siting in the house on the net ( the net in door which protects house of insects, heh but widow came in!) I would slap it with something but I am sacred it runs away...

Anyways it is weird because I heard they on,y sit in their web and in the corners and this one is in open space. But I found it after moving doors so it was in a gape beetling door and this net.

Yes, dont spend money on lawyer with k1. We did it ourselves and we were approved quickly. All process was like 4 monts. If you don't have any red flags you can do it.

Mine is still in acceptance but I have my biometrics tomorrow.

I am still on acceptance. I am getting worried. Is it normal? The date on acceptance is 03/03/2014 it's almost a month! And descriptions says that it should take 2 days!

After weeding they told us that we will receive certificate in mail, we were waiting and we never received it, so I had to go myself to civic center to ask for it. If you won't get it withing 10 business days you must go to ask by yourself.

But if your k1 visa is expired you must wait for EAD.
