I also went thrugh cheating, I attached some evidence of him corresponding with others, but that was all i could attach. We luved in marriage for almost a year when I found out about cheting, tried to repair it but it is impossible obviously...

Yes, keep yourself busy. I kno it is a difficult time of waiting but there is nothing we can do. Find hobby, go out etc. Try not to think about the process. When it comes it comes.

I just wish for all of us to wait the normal processing time, and not to have any trubles.

I have exactly zero empirical evidence for my habit of calling in the minute that my case goes over the minimum processing time (6 months in our case for CSC applicants) BUT I have done it with each of my 3 applications and within 24 hours I get action on my file - 3 approvals in my case. This time around I wasn't paying attention to my 6 month application date but when I realized I was a couple of days beyond 6 months I called in with a service request mid week last week. Since the agent was able to confirm that my case was a few days over their 6 month processing goal, I was given an escalation to a Tier 2 agent but due to high call volumes (or something or another) I was put in a call back queue and that call came back on Friday the 26th. The agent confirmed my information, told me that my case was still processing and that (get this) because it was an election year (really!?!?!?) cases were taking a little longer than expected to process and that the CSC was actually at 9 months processing time for the majority of their cases, which is clearly BS based on our small sample population here in the forum. She then told me to call back when my case hits the 9 month mark.

I literally received a case status update 3 hours later for card production.

I have a half-baked theory that while calling in/making a service request does nothing to expedite your case processing it DOES call your case file up on someone's radar and I believe there is a possibility that if your file is uncomplicated it might just lead to a rubber stamp situation and they just move you along. Again, completely circumstantial and more like my own little brand of superstition but it has been the same for my last 3 applications (K1, PR, and ROC).

IMO there is no harm in calling in a status request other than the 15 minutes of your life you might lose being on hold with terrible music.

Don't know what country you are from but please apply for citizenship. You have your life here. You will get better, find friends and maybe somebody worth being with. She won't change her mind, she went thrugh already and she said eno8gh. She seems like a women that know what she wants and if she say she doesn't want to be the only one trying she will not. And if you promised before and nothing changed then that is I guess why she thinks nothing will change.

Maybe you'll find better job too and you can go visit your family often or maybe you can sponsor yoir parents when yoi get citizebship. If you have usa citizenship and would like to go back to country then yoi can have some working visa or someting, idk what country it is. Americans are always welcome in other cointries.

I need to visit mom. But I'm extremly worried to travel on extension. Plus, I'm a waiver do I am extra worried if I get approved. Because if not then I will need to wait 3 years for our case..

Wow that is a weird story but as long as he cheated and if you have evidence of cheating then I think the reason is good enough. If the reson is we just didn't like each other anymore, might be too less..

I had 5 pages. Most important is that you explain everything. Most important facts. Dont wroiet that it ended just because you didn't get along and then you will go to interview and you will tell them that he cheated on you (for example). The truth and most important details must be included in explanation.

Hello waiver people

Just got approved

I am Vermont.

This was a waiver case.

I did not get any RFE or Interview.

I was expecting a hell or trouble since my angry ex had been calling them and sending bad mail to damage the case.

MyHeartWillGoON bring your american ID card or driving licence, it should have your married information and as long as it matches with your Letter then you should be fine. If you bring your passport with maiden name and marriage certificate they might make you talk to immigration officer and they will tell you what to do. But why complicated, if you havent changed name and still have married name just bring your ID. They did not even want to see my Polish passport, just ID and divorce papers. You must have american ID after 2 years, what's wrong?

The only thing they made me do is to talk to immigration officer about my name change. I showed her divorce papers and she told me to send copy of biometrics letter and divirce to National Benefits Center. So got additional thing to do...

Now, I will be just waiting for the best results. Very syressed...
