I read about tax transcript and I have sent not transcrpit but all this pages that I got when we filled.

The problem is that I can not get transcript, because if I want to get it I would have to use my ex-husband social security number which obviously I can not. We are divorced and I can not use his information (even though I know the number). So I hope what I sent will be ok...

No, The fee is 505 USD plus 85 biometrics fee so make sure you write the check for 590 USD otherwise they will not accept your application.

I have question. For my AOS I did early walk-in for biometrics. Do you guys think that if I get letter for biometric for exaplme app. on May 20th, can I go there on May 10th?

I don't want to be truned around, since I want to take all day off and also do other goverment stuff. Just want to make sure there will not be problem with early walk-in.

mananto are you sure you can file for citizenship? Was it 5 years since you received your first GC based on marriage?

After Divorce there is no more 3 years to file citizenship, it becomes 5 years as for regular GC holder.

I have mailing address where comes all my mails and of course residential address. On the I-751 form i will put my mailing address with ups, because all my mails goes there, and i only have 1 or two letter coming to my actual residentail address.

What address do they want on cover letter: mailing or residentail. Now I am confused which one should I use and also I dont want to confuse immigartion.

I was thinking to not include my mailing at all, but i want to recieve mails personally, I am renting only a room in the house. however if they ask me to prove where i live i ony have W-2 and can write rental agreement with a person who rent to me.

Ok, then just get ready for the interview very well. Think of what evidence of your marriage you can still find (something that you have not send out yet). Take copy of the package that you sent at the begging and you will be ok. Be positive, you need to prove them that you marriage was real and you need to explain them the reason why it has ended.

We lived in laws too, so you might want to just send them copies of ID showing common address. Health insurance, car insurance, phone bills on your and his name. You planning buy a car? Buy a car tigether. Planning to move out? Rent on both names. Basically whatever you do and can be included tigether always fo joint. Bank accounts, saving accounts. Etc.

I am having concerns that this N/A and NONE should not be put at all. If form must be printed or typed and they do not allow to put slash "/" then they simply say do not put it....? Am I right?

I think they will accept that after the effective date.

Hello, any updates? Question for those who got approved without interview and RFE. How did you guys send the case, how many proofs, how long was your Affidavit? Did you have affidavit from spouse?
