  1. hey!!! I don't think i'm an april filer, because our PD was march 27, 2013 it's just that we received our NOA1 a bit late. But thank you so much!!! smile.png Hubby requested for an expedite maybe 2 days ago but I doubt it's because of that because we never received an email that our expedite request was approved or something but will double check it with USCIS. smile.png

Cool, I didn't realize PD/NoA1 could be so far apart. Thanks for entering your info in the spreadsheet and good luck with NVC.

  2. Update if this also helps, today my fiance rang the NVC apparently they received it on Thursday and the guy said it is currently in AP, I am assuming that means they are doing checks, necessary work on it to send it to the Embassy, so I will check on any updates to find out how long NVC have it for.

Keep calling them until they have assigned you Case and Invoice Identification Numbers. You should also read at least the first two posts in the Nov NVC filers thread.

  3. Okay, today, my transfer letter arrived.

    Dates of transfer notifications:

    11/13

    11/14

    11/15

    The letter is dated 11/14

    File sent to NSC

I updated my transferred location, but cannot update the numbers in the summary box. Please someone update that portion for me.

Also, question, if my first notification was 11/13, but the letter is dated 11/14, should I change the transfer date to 11/14 on the chart?

Don't touch the summary box numbers, they're updated automatically. And yes, use the I-797C Notice Date.

  4. I'm pretty sure there was one end of February transfer that was approved at TSC so don't get too sad. And just remember, the hundreds or so of people on this forum are just a small percentage of the thousands of people that have packages. So while the numbers on here may be a good representation of how cases are moving, it's still a pretty small sample size of all the cases being processed. So there's still reason to expect an approval this month or shortly after.

Exactly. The last approved TSC transfer had NOA1 2/28, was transferred 10/29 and got NOA2 11/8. Pretty fast, at 10 days.

ETA: Unfortunately, there are March TSC transfers as early as 10/23 who haven't reported NOA2.

  5. Local office is a office that is close to where you live in your home state somewhere and yes it is quite normal my case was transferred to my local as well as other so don't worry.

This may have been true during your process but it's not longer the case. That email is erroneous. Transfers currently go to the Service Centers in California, Nebraska and Texas.

  6. My pd is 4/1/2013. My file is tranferred to st louis missouri service center on 11/13/2013. how to find out proccessing time for this center? Is there anyone else here file also transferred to this service center?

There is no St. Louis service center, it's a local field office. I very much doubt it's processing I-130s right now. Were you told that on the phone or does is say so in the hard copy you received? If the former, you either misheard or were given the wrong information. Either wait for the hard copy in the mail or call back and speak to a Tier 2.
