Going crazy here.
We called last week about our "confirmation/60 day review" email since we emailed our docs on Jan 16 and heard nothing back. (Not a Tailor got it on Jan 26 and emailed on Jan 11) We got a very rude lady and she wont let us finish asking, just keep repeating "We have not received them. Send them again". We decided to give it another week since we dont want to push back our 60 days.
So we called NVC again today and got the same rude lady. This time she said NVC dont send out confirmation email anymore so dont expect to get one. We were like .. what?
The lady's name is Lidia or Lydia.

We called again and another lady(nicer one) said if we dont have a bounce back email then the system has it. It's just they have no way of seeing what's in the email queue.
That rude lady wont connect to a supervisor. So we are on the phone again hoping to get transferred.
I dont understand why she would say they dont send confirmation/60 days review email indicating documents are received. It makes no sense.

Yeah we were talking about you guys too. We will try to call them tomorrow (or Wednesday if they dont work tomorrow) and get some timeframes. And hopefully not that rude lady again ... Please let me know if you get some answers too!!

We will try calling again. But we dont even know what to expect since the agents can't see the docs in queue. Just want to know the processing time for EP.

Has anyone emailed documents in Jan and received an email confirmation?



We emailed on Jan 16 and we still haven't received confirmation. I know someone submitted on Jan 11 and received an email confirmation on Jan 26. We are stressed out a bit since we called and a very rude lady kept saying we should just email them again. What should we do? Should we wait another week before calling them again!?
