We dont normally use the comment block but did they put anything in Block 18 indicating to follow spouse? Maybe visa submission for documentation is enough?

Yeah! I'm like you're cool dude. He's like you never know the system might update over the weekend and you see good news there. I'm like if that happens that will make our week or month! lol But Not a Tailor hasn't heard back yet. So I'm guess they are still working before Jan 12th EP stuff.

Just got off the phone, no news for us yet. We got a very laid back guy. He's like "You follow visajourney? I love visajourney!" He said EP are a few days behind snail mail folks. I did say if they want to encourage us to go EP they need to up their game and he said EP should catch up very soon.

Dont worry too much about it. To give you an idea. We sent ours on Jan 16 and got our 60 day email confirmation on Feb 20 morning. They are quite behind. And TwoChickies sent in their documents Jan 25 and got theirs a week after ours. By the look of things, you should get yours in a week or so.

Sorry I misread. I was too distraught when I saw that two email. The letter was addressed to the petitioner but it asked for beneficiary's birth certificate and marriage certificate then financial evidences. The other checklist asked for beneficiary's passport bio page and police certificate. Sorry! They are false checklists. We just have to sit tight and pray for no checklist.
And yes this process changes but the agents at NVC likes to change their lines more.. for the past week they kept telling us that they stopped sending confirmation emails a long time ago but we got it this morning. Yesterday, the agent told me our scan was Feb 19 but the confirmation email said Jan 16. It's very frustrating.
I wish I can nap and fast forward too. It's not a bad idea when it's -20c outside and feel like -40c sometimes.

NVC is ridiculous. Esp Abbey from NVC told me on the phone that our scan date is Feb 19. But the email said Jan 16 which was the date we sent by email. However, we are not complaining this time since we are back on track!!
Hope you all get yours very, very soon. It is such a torture not knowing and have agents on NVC telling us all sorts of crazy lines.

Okay, Abbey from NVC said our docs are "scanned" into the system and our 60 day count starts ... today... sigh

Yeah. That's what we thought too. They reviewed our DS-260. NVC either say send it again or everything is fine and dont bother them until 60days is up. It's so stressful.
I figure you guys might get one in a bit less than 2 weeks.

We called again and another lady(nicer one) said if we dont have a bounce back email then the system has it. It's just they have no way of seeing what's in the email queue.
That rude lady wont connect to a supervisor. So we are on the phone again hoping to get transferred.
I dont understand why she would say they dont send confirmation/60 days review email indicating documents are received. It makes no sense.
