  1. I think this is the post that was referred to.... hot topic for the last day or so...

USCIS has advised several members that their files have been transferred. So far these seem to be April and May petitioners. This indicates that they are trying to clear the backlog owing to major delays at TSC. As far as I am aware they haven't advised where the transfers have been sent, but it is interpreted that they maybe sending them to CSC to clear the backlog. This would mean that all TSC filers from months following the May files will also be bumped forward and hopefully catch up to CSC.. or closer anyway.. You can look out for the threads talking about it.

Its great news for TSC filers !!!... finally ...

Hey fellow Kiwi just wanted to wish you good luck with your petition hope it goes well for you this time round :) My fiancé and I are re filers

  2. Not ONE poster remembers my prediction of less than 2 weeks ago, that this was going to happen.,.,.I told you I had a solid source in USCIS,.,.,and my prediction seems to be coming true.,.,,where you are transferred, not sure, it would be a guess.,.,.,but I think I know.

    Moderators can confirm this prediction.,.,.,.,

My source at USCIS remains "solid!"

I read your post Raven and what little hope I had left of getting a decision anytime soon you gave back to me

  3. Honestly, considering some March filers have been approved this past week it looks like us April filers may actually be approved around 5 months. I'm really hoping I'm right & they continue pushing forward. I'm getting excited at the possibility of Matt actually being here for Christmas...

I'm with you on the whole being with our loved ones for Christmas that's my one wish

  4. I need to believe that first part about a little glimmer of hope really badly. I just got a text message from my other half this morning and it was emotionally heart wrenching. Something has to change soon. Here's to hoping things are join to pick up at TSC soon. At this point I would be overjoyed with October!

I'm sorry that you got a text like that I had a pretty heart wrenching conversation with my fiancé on Skype yesterday, I last saw him November last year was suppose to be there till December but I had to come home due to my father passing away I told my fiancé I just want some good to start coming into my life. I would be overjoyed to be back with him for Christmas

  5. Not here...my guess is October...being hopeful. I'd prefer 5 months in September. Oh well, hours got cut at my work this month, so it'll give me more time to save money since my paychecks are unfortunately smaller...for a few weeks anyway.

There have been approvals for TSC the last few days not April though, so there is a little glimmer of hope. And sorry to hear your hours got cut chin up it will get better for all of us soon

  6. I got that from their website. recently. and the information you get on the phone very much depends on who you talk to. One told us, our case has been assigned to an officer for decision on may 16th and it would take 30-45 days. Next one says they have changed their policy and wont give any more information on RFE or where your case is at right now. It's a funny bunch of people working there dealing with our future :-)

My fiancé called a few weeks ago expecting to be told they are processing Dec. No mention of Dec processing all the lady told him was you will get a letter in the mail

  7. Thank you for all of the advice! We have written a one-page document briefly describing how we met and the things that we have done together to build our relationship. We have lots of evidence in the form of plane tickets, residence permits, hotel receipts, other tickets, etc. from the trips we took together as well as the year and a half we spent together in Austria. We still have to pick out some pictures to go along with it and then we'll be all set we think (and hope!).

Kaydeecee has given you the best advice, good luck with your filing of the petition

  8. They already got expedited for a few months now.. There are people waiting for 7 months now who still did not get a NOA2 because of that. So if you ask me. No, they should not get expedited anymore.

Anyway i read online that they only got expedited till march. So, it's over now. And that right now they are working on all the other cases that got left behind.

I'm very sorry if this is true for you, If not that you are very lucky.

I just would rather not wait 7 months to see my man back. You know.

    :)

I wish everyone the best in this! <3

My fiancé and I are april filers with TSC good luck to all of you June filers and please ignore JIJourney he/she is posting all over our thread as well as others like someone earlier said a troll. I agree with you Ayla it is not fair that the ones who have been waiting 7 months due to the expedites lets hope they have stopped and we can all get back to our loved ones ASAP

  9. Uhhuh. It's annoying & he's bragging. None of us want to hear it. It's not like he misread & did it once, it's constant & well...rude. We are all upset here knowing it's going so slow.

At least there is movement in January. Maybe they'll pick things up, but January has been trickling since June & there's still some December waiting. And then in another thread a guy was insistent that tsc was only taking 110 days. That's a bit over 3 months. If that were the case, half of March would be done by now. Ugh, I'm so impatient with this. I hope peoples contacts with media outlets helps...

Yeah I hope they can help too i'm still blown away at the response my fiancé got from the lady on the phone last week saying you will get a letter in the mail, really is that the best they can come up with now. I was also reading there have been members on here who have checked their case number on the website with no change but have received their NOA2 in the mail no text notification either to say its approved. Hang in there keep positive it wont be long and we will all be with our loved ones

  10. Oh okay thank you so much.

I'm just sending all my clothes and my sons. He's not entitled to any baggage at all and we're not permitted to buy any extra luggage because it's a layover flight or whatever reason. So I just want to send them all

Check out pack and send its all track and traced very good service too

  11. Not an easy thing to admit, but with much embarrassment, I have to admit to being played... after so much work trying to get my wife into the US now I have to work at getting her away. Only three weeks here and her intentions are very clear. On second night she stated at 60 I should not have a desire for relations and stated she never had sexual feelings, ever.I asked why she had not previously mentioned this to me and that it was odd considering not one month before we agreed that she should be on the pill which she started before leaving for the US. The next day she said she didn't love me "but who knows, in a month I might". This from a female in her 30s. I offered to fly her home if she was so unhappy and she liked that idea because she thought I would continue to pay all of her living expenses as I had been doing since before we were married. No, that meant divorce. Not a good reaction from her. Now,we seldom talk and if so fight. She spends her days watching tv and smoking and talking to her new filipina friends. She moved into the spare bedroom on day 3 and has yet to unpack her suitcase.Next stop I guess is a lawyer to get me out of this mess as best I can and as fast as I can.And right now, all she will talk to me about is "when will the green card and ss card get here?".And I really did not see this coming. Love can be stupid as well as blind.

So sorry you are going through this hope you get help ASAP not a happy situation to be in

  12. It is crushing me. It's agonizing knowing it could be next year until he's here because tsc won't work on petitions. I'm going back AGAIN on august 15th for 9 days-using the last of my vacation time. Within a few weeks of getting back I'll be calling them. There's no reason for this that I can see except illegals (no offense to them) getting their cases pushed ahead of ours. There's no way CSC can process a case in two weeks where someone at tsc who's case is being looked at takes over a month. It's utter BS. So come September I will be contacting my senators & representative & calling on a daily basis until they look at my case. I'm a persistent little thing.

My fiancé bless him can sometimes let his low tolerance for patience take over he called USCIS today all they told him was he will receive a letter in the mail he said there was no mention made of what month they are processing. When he called back in April which was funny as he had misread what the NOA1 letter said they lady told him going by the info in front of her ours was moving rather quickly and we could be looking at August, I wont hold my breath on that if nothing has moved by late August I may just take a trip over

  13. Yayy!!! Happy that you two will see each other! I know exactly how it feels like :) I just came from the US, it's been two weeks and I already miss him! But the next time I'll go there, it'll be for good! I hope you have a wonderful time!!

No approvals in TSC for the past two days! At least not on Igor's List that I can see!

This whole process is very stressful my fiancé and I have had to refile the last being under VSC and we got caught up in their back log we were not fortunate to be transferred. Now we are with TSC and what do you know another back log I must say I have lost a little faith in the USCIS process. My last visit with him was 7 months ago we text and Skype everyday but its not the same as you guys are aware, I am considering making another trip its just the thought of leaving him behind again its too heart breaking

  14. Your I-129f was approved in 49 days from your NOA1 date, yeah!

This is good news for everyone! We never expected the be the first, we were just hoping to see someone make forward progress to give us inspiration that we were not to far behind.

This is a very, very, very happy day for us and we wish everyone the same luck and a bright and happy future together.

    Congratulations :goofy:

  15. Being in the Military, you learn to be patient. Life is not always fair. If you do what you are supposed to do, then good will come out of it.

Patience has always been one of my weak qualities but I must say this journey has taught me how to be a more patient person. Thank you for this post it has answered what I have been trying to tell myself today which has not been a good day :)
