Hi i called nvc today and just found out that we were supposed to receive an email telling us we have to redo the aos because my husband did not put the total of his income ( i am not really sure what it is all about but for thoae who had to have rfe do you still have to wait 60days again before case complete?

getting a checklist has been very common these last few months for alot of people including myself. Its not the checklist thats the problem is the 60 day wait again. Make sure you do the right income cause there is a difference and include lots of evidence including pay stubs employer letter etc. The AOS seems to be something they take very serious since it is a contract.

Congrats to all the families finally getting interview dates for January 2015. If you have not got an interview date as yet call the NVC cause they might have an appointment date for you but just have not sent you anything yet. We have still yet to receive the official email with information for wife.

Finally interview date scheduled for January 16 at 8:30am. CC October 28.

I finally got a case complete November 21 just waiting on interview

Hi! I ended up recieving a second checklist for the number of people in household, apparently they didnt like the number of people I put in, and they just told me to bring a new AOS to the interview and completed our case (Thank God) Hopefully that will happen for you!

How did the interview go??

Hi. I sent my i-130 on Tuesday the 25th. I sent it express now. The tracking says it was received on Wednesday. Now waiting for the next step..

Gdmng, yes all the fees are paid,and all the forms were filled, and all the documents were sent. Thanks for the tip . We are waiting for an interview date, I'm just scared that we may be delayed longer cause the dates don't match as I mentioned earlier

They will even out. Since you already got a checklist for the AOS that be most likely what you are waiting on you should see complete or N/A for the rest of the things.

hi I just logged in to the site to check my Immigrant visa summary would you mind to explain to me what does it mean if the AOS fee and the AOSdocuments & financial evidence is N/A?

They know we are watching them and messin with us. many times they will say "No we aren't scheduling" they lying. I figured maybe not today because they too are coming off holiday weekend. So we will give them today. Lets see what happens tomorrow. I can't see them starting on a Friday, that isn't like them at all. Wednesday maybe.

I called last Tuesday and was told they start on Monday 1 December.

The only thing that they seemed to have sent today was the case complete emails...

We got case complete emails today for wife and son but no interview date scheduled yet just like everybody else. Fingers crossed for this week and will keep checking.

My husband's interview is in 12 hours. Ack!! Hope we can both get some sleep tonight.

This is usually how it goes someone calls or we hear someone got a interview we announce start calling.Now every embassy doesn't start at same time. Note to Canada I swear you guys are always last. So don;t be dismayed if XYZ embassy is scheduling like crazy and your embassy hasn't started. For December interviews they were done by first week in November and they had not even started for Dominican Republic yet.

So if you can stand it you can wait the email comes anywhere from same day to days later. It's up to you. Most want to know I try my best to keep my ears to the ground and say "Mexico is scheduling start calling". So be alert.

Your are very knowledgeable do you have any background statistics on the embassy in Georgetown.

Been waiting for this day all week! NVC operator last week told me to expect an interview date today, tomorrow or Wednesday!

Okay getting ready to get this January interview started. Hope everybody had a joyful thankful weekend. I so needed this 4 days. Okay Come on NVC don;t disappoint us tomorrow.

For the experts out there in VJ land are pay stubs necessary if you have a letter from your employer stating your income? Im including tax transcripts and copies of my 1040's. Thanks bunches!

If you got a letter from your employer stating your income then pay stubs are not necessary, but on the other had with all the long wait time and the high possibility of a checklist which instead of being 30 day wait its now 60 days it wouldn't hurt to send them a copy. They would like to see six months of past pay stubs. I got a checklist for the AOS so when I resent it I made sure to include pay stubs. It helped and I got a case approved two weeks ago.

December Interview scheduling has been done since 1st week in November.

January schedulig starts this coming week.

Some after getting their dates ask the embassy for an earlier date some embassies comply if they have availability some will not change the date no matter. But yes December is closed.

Hello I just got a case complete. You already added me to your spreadsheet JPatton. So do you mean that interviews for December are no longer being scheduled and it will be now scheduling for January cause I thought it was based on the embassy availability. My wife and I haven't even got the case complete email yet. I just so happen to be reading a forum about having AOS go from Paid to N/A and then I check mines and it was N/A also. I called NVC right when they open this past Wednesday and the call center representative said my case was complete since the week before. I was thinking maybe the end of December would be when the interview will be scheduled but a early January date would be good also.

Anybody have a case complete this week?

Hi everyone, I'm kinda confused & frustrated at this point with NVC. On October 31st 2014 we received a AOS checklist email from NVC. On November 1st 2014 we made the corrections & sent the AOS back to NVC. On November 4 th 2014 the package was received by NVC. On November 9th 2014 I called NVC to confirm that they received the package since we didn't get the confirmation email, I was told by the operator that they did & it was put into the system on November 6th 2014. However on the November 21st 2014 we received an email saying the they received our package on November 18th 2014 & is being processed pls wait for 60 for the review. I almost died!! The 60 days I knew abt, but I'm not clear wat really happen with our package. Is it that we lost 14 days due to false info??? Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this????

Did you also send in civil documents or complete the visa application, A 60 day notice can be generated every time they receive something else. Most of the time it wont take a full 60 days if its just the AOS checklist you got you will more then likely be notified anyways a decision of your case before 60 days. One good way to know when your case gets completed is on the CEAC website where under the AOS it goes from paid to N/A so be on the look out.

oh OK , NVC rec'd mine on November 6.....I called last night and told I have to wait for 42 days for case #

wow that sucks, I wonder why?? I read they are starting to want people to submit everything all at once but I don't understand the 42 day wait for the case number. Are they that overloaded they are running out of numbers. Hang in there it will soon be over it has to end sooner or later.
