I had an Oath ceremony today and so relieved to be finally over with this journey. The ceremony in Baltimore field office was great! Total 73 applicants from 39 countries became citizen today and you could see relief on everyone's face when they were handed their naturalization certificate.
I was there too today!! I'm happy that its over now and we can move on. This forum have been a great help... don't know what to do without the help of our gurus here. Many thanks everyone!

My husband is currently on dialysis 3x a week, it is my best hope that the interview date wont fall on his schedule. Otherwise, I have to do it on my own. Anyway I still didn't the notice but still happy to have some progress on my case.
Wish all of us here finish this journey asap!

Received email and text that I was scheduled for interview last other day (Dec. 21 Friday) and still waiting for official notice. Hope to finish this journey soon. I applied for N400 based on 3yr marriage, does it mean that my husband should be present too during interview or I can do it on my own??

Please help!
I live in Washington DC for 3yr and I applied N400 last Feb 22 but we moved in Maryland last April 30. I am not sure but I read somewhere that I should live in the same state for 90 days after I applied or am I missing something?? Should I update my address now?? are they going to deny my application because I moved??

I guess I am delighted to finally get my approval but kind of confused as what to do next, because I was so looking forward to the last leg of my journey. Well, like you I got my approval letter few days after I'm eligible to apply for N400. I did wait for 3 weeks to get my GC before I applied online for N400 because like you I was concern for delays and RFE. Were on the last step so I think its better to have GC on hand because that is one of the vital requirement. Anyway the process depends on the field office and not on the giant VSC/CSC.

You guys may want to subscribe to the United States Post Office's "Informed Delivery Daily Digest" that shows you what is to be delivered to you each day.
I got my GC last Valentines day but my online status still "New Card Being Produced". I have no idea that they sent it already. So just to make sure that you wont miss your GC on your mail box you can subscribed to usps and able to track all the incoming mail/package for the day.
I got this idea from N400 Feb. 2018 Filers. I also applied for N400 online and thanks God no bugs and able to submit all evidence without problems.

Your files to upload need to be in specific formats, the most common of which are *.jpg and *.pdf. I had to change a Microsoft Word doc to a *.pdf to be able to upload.
Have your credit card handy at the end.
By filing online, you can sign on as many times as you like to check your status!

I'm an online filer as of February 18th. Our paper copy of the I-797 will be delivered today. Pretty darned fast!

How the online submission??? did you guys encounter bugs or do you have to resize all the files?? does it need to be in PDF? can you please give me insights? I got my approval letter Feb. 26 but my online status is still "Fees were waived. Then, on February 7, the status went straight to "New Card being Produced." Finally this valentines day I received my greencard ....ofcourse the online status didn't change. So you may received your card soon.

Just got my approval letter today but my online status still the same which was "Fees were waived". So I am waiting for green card. For the meantime, I will prepare docs for N400. I want to be done with this process.
Hoping for more approval for my fellow filers and for those who have been waiting and applied before me.

I am expecting to get an approval a year from now...
however we can apply for citizenship as soon as we become eligible.

Its ok, were on the same shoe. My husband got sick and currently on disability. You can add the Health care power of attorney, Durable power of attorney for your finances, I also bought life insurance although its not required but the premium is cheap, like 10 bucks monthly and since my husband uninsurable due to his illness I just bought an accident insurance which cost me 10 bucks monthly too. Then consider getting affidavits from friends attesting your marriage is genuine. Your 401k showing him as your beneficiary. Joint membership as well like Costco or gym. State ID too showing common address.
When it comes to tax, joint filing is the best, since he is on disability and my income exceeds to 32k, we ended paying state tax because is disability income is taxable. Its important that you guys file tax jointly because we need it when we apply for citizenship next year. You can also summit pictures of both of you, with friends and family over the course of your marriage. I remembered I did submit health card too although were not cover on the same health insurance because I have my own from my work and he has Medicaid from the state. Sample letter or junk mail showing you guys live on the same roof, sample utility bills like phone and cable if you have because I don't have these, I just sent letter explaining we live in my father in law and all bills were under his name. If you guys travel submit it too like the ticket, passport stamp and etc.
For bank account, we only have one, so his disability income and my wage were on the same account, what important is it shows you guys share the same account since marriage.
Btw, my ROC will expire on April 2017 and I just sent my ROC package last Jan. 31.

Calm yourself, this is not the end of the world, I'm not giving you a false hope but maybe... maybe this is a test in your relationship. Try to rest, then make an assessment of your situation and finally outline your plan and at the same time enumerate the pros and cons. Right now, both of you are hurt, there is no way you guys will come up with the right solution. Be realistic, try to weigh things that is beneficial on your current situation.

If she only became honest from the very start this thing wont happen. Its unfair for you because you wasted money, time and effort for this process. This is serious offense, there is misrepresentation here. Well the only option you can take here is to apply for annulment but please be informed that this process is long, expensive and risky because there is no guarantee that can she get annulment but its not impossible.
