visa on hand...CFO sticker sticked..lol

August 7 --- Interview at USEM

August 13 --- CEAC showed issued

August 14 --- received text notification from 2GO

August 15 --- went to Manila to get the Visa and go to CFO office in Quirino Avenue to get my sticker

no i checked it on their site..it says its in transit at 8:15am...but their system was bad earlier (like 3 hours ago) but glad its ok na.

Go check it on their website again. Whoa, i did checked a hundred times today.

finally after hours of waiting, some changes on their system and saying im ready to go to MOA...yipppeee...gonna go pick em up

Hi everyone. I've been finding the thread for this issue I have but to no luck, couldn't locate the thread anymore. I just want to know, visa status on CEAC is "Issued" on Aug 13. But when I checked ustraveldocs.com, here's what I got (and still getting):

There is no status update available for the passport number submitted.

Does this usually happen? What does this mean? I also checked 2GO's website to track my passport, entered the UID number and it was invalid.

Been waiting patiently here. Fiance keeps asking me I already have my visa as he wants to book a flight already. Advised him not to do anything just yet. Ugh.

same thing happened to me. Got the ISSUED post at CEAC website but until now the phrase "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted." shows up.

Other VJ friends advised to use the UID instead. The thing is i cannot see on my appointment letter the UID.

UID i read is located just below the barcode on your appointment letter.

Maybe you have that on your appointment letter...you can try it.

how come my appointment letter doesnt show the UID?

no text notification until now

haven't traced where it is now...not sure if its already in the hands of 2GO people or still at the embassy.

Hopefully il get a text notification from 2go.

when i read this topic, i needed to check again if CEAC website change some on my visa...and thank God it still says ISSUED.

congrats ... may i ask you how long does it takes to have an interview date? the NVC received my visa application last july 22..

hi there, just sharing you our timeline for reference/comparison

July 11 Case completed at NVC

July 24 received the Packet 4 Interview Appointment via email but the attachment letter

was dated July 15, 2013

July 29 Medical at SLEC

Aug 07 Interview at USEM

Aug 13 Issuance of Visa as shown on CEAC website

By the way, we started the petition December 2012.

Hope this helps.

The embassy states it can take up to two weeks after issuance before you receive the visa.

For my wife it was two weeks before she received her visa.

Just a little more patience.... soon ~

To Hank and Haggarda.Versoza.....you know what???? i am crying (teary eyes for joy)...i just checked CEAC again (thinking for the last time today)...and i got what we really waited for...it says "ISSUED"....confusions turned out to be a blessing. Whoaaahooooooo

hi thank you for responding, i just tried checking on the link you've provided and it says, "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted"

Had my interview last august 7 and when i checked CEAC site it says "ready"...until now (08/13/2013) is still says "ready" but shows the status update date as 08/13/2013.

Last friday is a holiday here so i expect that there will be no change until sunday. But comes monday, still says "ready".

I didnt received any 221g mark on my documents and i wonder what could have been wrong with the issuance? Does anyone experienced the same?

It's already 6days after the interview.

Shed some light please, it confuses me and my husband.
