Yay!!! Good luck to your mom @Caramel Swirl! What do you mean when you said "documents to send via DHL to take to the interview?"

Package meaning I am her agent so all the paperwork came to me plus her NVC application, my original birth certificate etc.  She really has nothing except for her BC and police record.  What I'm doing is preparing her package to take to the interview, plus a package for her medical, so she doesn't have to go through the hassle of trying to figure out immigration tediousness lol....

B11- I am petitioner. I live with my wife, who is US Citizen, which is why I am US Citizen now. i am not seeing to put current wife's info, only previous spouse. so got confused as if there's any where i have to put that.

B15- I'll put my employer's info. thank you

C.17 - I am filing for my parents, in which case, I'll have to put my name as that person's kid. but i am US Citizen, so does that list only kids whom I am petitioning for? or I have to put my name in that list as well?

    thank you in advance.

I understand now that there is a new form, but you still have time to use the old version, which doesn't ask for your spouse's name just your marriage. some people list their current marriage in the prior slot, I didn't and there were no issues.

C.17 Spouse of parent and all their children, which includes you.

Also I have question about form i130

this is about filing for my parents (separately)

B.11 Name(s) of Prior Spouse(s) - I dont have any prior spouse.. but in entire form, do i have to put current spouse anywhere? Are you the petitioner (A)/beneficiary(B)?

B.15 Name and address of present employer (if any) - is it US employer they're asking? and what if they have business in India?

They want your current employment information (which you shouldn't be employed without a permit).  Owning a business back home is not counted here

C.17 - List spouse and all children of your relative. do I put my name in there?

The petitioner should list the name of immigrant spouse and that person's kids

do I write "N/A" where there's nothing to write? or leave it blank? Yes N/A, where possibe

I'd think my wifes gone nuts, have an immediate serious talk with her

to find out if its something she's into , or curiosity led her to such site,

have her agree to go to spiritual & clinical counselings, have a family

private meeting with both side parents...keep tabs on the situation after

    Where's your question?

  5. In Jamaica Kumina (coo-mi-nah) is described as one of the most African religious expressions. Kumina has managed to survive the influences of Western culture. The language and the dances of Kumina are so undiluted that they can be traced back to tribes in the Congo in Africa.

Kumina ceremonies take the form of dancing in a counterclockwise circle around drummers seated on two drums.
