  1. Hello my Visa journey friends

    I was wondering if any one of you have any experience of changing the consulate that the national visa center assign 4 us

    we have got approved on April 18 and my NO2 soon after which said specifically the the embassy that we wanted and have access to go Addis Ababa Ethiopia and yesterday on the 29th we finally got our CASE# only it wasn't the place that we had in mind and prepare for it but Nairobi Kenya which my fiancee won't be able to go for financial issue and also other things. so i send an email to supervisor sue NVC and am waiting an answer but in the mean time does any one knows if this could work will they assign me a new CASE# and how long will my case delay changing consulate at the stage

  2. all thanks to be to GOD and then for all of you help me with my concerns

    we just got our approval NO2 we'r so over the moon and thankful our NO1 date was Aug.3.12

    i have checked 4 times before my eyes were pop with and long waiting approval now. boys girls if u already contact your senators good if not pls do it. it HELPS i contacted mine 10days ago and he was so optimistic about his power over the USCIS lol

    any way keep the faith the ball is moving forward wish u all the best and us to the second journey

    Workload Transfer from California Service Center to Texas Service Center

    On March 8, 2013, USCIS transferred some casework from the California Service Center to the Texas Service Center to balance overall workload with processing capacity at the centers. The affected casework includes the following forms:

    I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

    I-765, Application for Employment Authorization (when filed concurrently with the I-821D)

    I-765 Worksheet (PDF) (when filed concurrently with the I-821D)

    Effect on Customers

    As a result of these changes, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) requestors may receive a letter from USCIS letting them know their request for DACA is now pending at the Texas Service Center instead of the California Service Center. Customers do not need to take any action.
