I just checked online and I got approved on July 27 waiting for the card at the moment. I sent my application to CSC on March 10th and received my extension letter on March 18th and had my biometrics on April 8th.
Hello. How did you check online your case ? Thank you so much.

Hello everyone. At last I received in the mail today my Biometric appointment July 21, 2015. Thank you Kash2011

I'm still waiting on my biometrics its been almost a month and ahalf......this is very strange
Time for you to make a follow up call to National Service Center. Mine too, I called last Friday telling them that I don't received the Biometric appointment. the IO told me to wait for 30 days upon receiving the NOA. So I will call again on July 8 or 9 if I don't receive the appointment.

Wondering if you checked a wrong box somewhere. If he was born in U.S.A. you should only have needed to fill in his social security number in Part 3 and left A number blank. I would call them and let them know he was born here and ask them what
you need to do.
It confused me also how an American born citizen will have an Alien No. When we filed for our ROC I left that box. I wonder why she got an RFE asking for husband's A no. Now I looked again at the form maybe I am wrong but the part 3 Information about the petitioning spouse Information about the US Citizen or an LPR, that's why there is a box for A no. is for LPR petitioner.

Great, thank you sir, one more quick question if you have the time, on this link you sent me, it says there is a new I-751 form coming soon, until then to use the current 4/11/13 form, should I wait as long as possible to see if the new revised comes out before using the 4/11/2013 form? I will be filing sometime in July. Thanks again
I just filed our I-751 and use that 4/11/13 form. I always check everyday if they issue already the new edition but the site always say new edition is coming soon, so I go on and used the current version that I requested by mail from USCIS last April 2015. You don't have to wait for the new edition because we don't know when it will be released. About the fee USCIS is only charging for the total amount of $590. The web site that asking you for another $180 is not the USCIS.gov website. If you look for the website be sure it is www.uscis.gov/i-751.
I wish you a smooth processing.

No. Go to irs.gov and order tax transcripts for free. Mine arrived within a week. There is no proof that the prepared paperwork from HR Block was filed. Good luck!
Thank you so much. We will be sending our I-751 packet on first week of June. My green card will be expired on Aug. 29, 2015. Waiting for June I-751 filer here in Visa Journey.

Hello everyone. I would like to ask if the paper work from HR Block when we filed our Income Tax Return will be accepted by USCIS. We have the 2013 and 2014 filing of our Income Tax prepared by HR Block. Thank you for your advice.

Yes, list all your children. Mark No, they are not living with you, and No, they are not applying with you. Leae A# blank, if they do not have one.
Thank you so much.
List them and check that box that they are (presumably) not applying for ROC with you.
Thank you so much.

Hello my dear VJ members. We will be sending our I-751 packet on first week of June. My question is about I- 751 Part 4 Information about your children. My sons are in the Philippines. Do I need to write their names on Part 4 of I-751? It also says "List All Your Children". Thank you very much to all your help.
-
Thanks, but what Is best option? Just making sure
Just send one check for the total of $590.
-
It's a P.O. box so you have to send it USPS. Use express mail and it's 3-5 days with delivery confirmation. Mine was only a dollar more than regular mail.
Thank you so much for your reply

I sent mine from regular post office and it arrived in timely manner. I asked for recipient signature and i got it.
Thank you so much.

Hello VJ members. Please advice me what is the best way to send my I-751 packet to USCIS California Service Center. If I use Fedex will they provide tracking information or just the USPS? I will send my packet on first week of June. Thank you very much.

I noticed that the I-751 form has expired (4/30/15). It says a new one is coming soon, so in the meantime, use that form. I can submit this form in a month (90 days before my conditional GC expires, which is September). I am trying to get ahead of things, so would it be wise to start filling out this form, to get it ready to mail in June, or just wait till June till a new form is (possibly) ready. Anyone else in a similar predicament?
Hello kels_et_sam. I am also filling the removal of my condition which will be expired on Aug. 29, 2015. This first week of june I am planning to send our documents to USCIS. Last month I requested the USCIS form through mail and they sent me. The I-751 form has expiry date on 4/30/2015. I don't know if we can use this form if we will send our Petition to Remove Condition on first week of June. Thank you.
Permanent Residents Mom petition the unmarried son in Philippines
in Bringing Family Members of Permanent Residents to America
Posted
You just need to send your son's birth certificate along with the form I-130 and the check for this petition fee. It is better to file for his petition now as soon as possible because the waiting time is very long for his Priority Date to be current. If you become a Naturalized Citizen your son's Priority Date will remain the same but his preference category will be moved to F1( petition of USC to unmarried son and daughter) from F2B (petition of Permanent Resident to unmarried son and daughter). The petition of USC to unmarried son and daughter(F1) will take longer for the Priority date to be current and that is the situation of Filipino beneficiaries. You can see the movements or development in the visa bulletin.
