After all the BS I have went through so far I wont be suprised at any other BS thats still to come ! and dont take the BS about THE UKRAINE or just Ukraine, its people who have nothing better to do then to make dumb remarks like that. personaly he is most likely one of those people who voted for Obama anyway ! LOL

I think the first thing you might need to think about is, with the children being under age you will need their dads permission to leave,travel and live in the United States first ! i dont have the answer as to if their is if any way to get them here, but to be honest you need to explore the fact weather he would ever give you or anyone permission to move his children. good luck to you in finding a solution.

no not trying to be a moderator, i am one of those people who is willing to try and help someone, other then someone like you who has nothing to say except a dumb---- answer to most peoples post!! if you dont have anything cunstructive to say then dont say anything !!!!

From time to time we all have questions we would like help with but give us a break ! Before you post a question. it would really help if you make sure your time line is filled out so anyone responding can see where your at on your journey and what form you may be asking about. to simply say i got approved now what it would help us to know approved on what, or form you may be talking about. to simply say i need help with AOS or support dosent say much. so please fillout your timeline so we can have an idea on what kind of visa you are working on and stuff, if you cant do that then you may not get very many answers or the right help.

I dont know the answer about the unemployment, how ever I would consider getting a co sponsor just in case you do get laid off. this economy is really messed up ! their are lots of people out of work, not knowing what you do for a living, and how fast you can get a job is a problem. you might get one in a month or maybe in a year I dont know, so if your mom will co sponsor i would go for it. sorry i am not much help.

you put her down as being Partially dependent on you because she dosent live with you! also make sure that you are not behind on child support at all as they will check on it ! good luck to you !

Feb filer here, I am looking to see a RFE or NoA2 now in june, cali is approving about 10 per day , looking at Igors list their are about 79-80 that have RFE's in front of febuary filers so i just have a gut feeling i will here something about the 15-20 of june. if i do it will be great as I plan on visiting my sweetheart's country and family for three months once i do get a NOA2. good luck and best wishes to each of you !

If you dont want to carry the cash simply ask your bank for a cashiers check in the amount you want to bring with you, when you get here open an account and deposit it you might have to have them hold it for a few days but I do it all the time when I go from the USA to the Ukraine I deposit it in my fiancees account and when I leave to come back I have her bank make one out for me and I deposit it when I get back.

I dont know about your birth certificate but mine looks blank also , but i found out if held under a certian kind of light their is a water stain that cant be seen except under that light it has a official type stamp or symbol as the water mark just copy it and paper clip them togeather.

I dont know if it will help your case but maybe ask your friends and family write some letters for you ! info like how well you both get along togeather,if you have done things with each others friends and family. how much your friends and family likes your partner and such. it may help it may not just throwing out an idea !

I dont know about where you live but most post offices will take passport photos for about $9-10 you may have to make an appointment but its cheap and they are done right. as for attaching them to your documents if you go to walmart or an office suply store most have small Photo sleaves they are clear open on one side and have a sticky back so you can stick them on a sheet of paper. they cost about $3-5 dollers for 10 ea.

I am not that far in the process but from what I understand those are all items you will take for the interview.

Nate i just thought of something else other then what I e-mailed to you. does her mom still have her old passport , reason is maybe she is in her moms old passport from when she was to young to have her own passport!

for both questions answer the same for both( Deceased and the date) in the box for address and country !

I am sorry, But I would have to agree with USCIS on turning down your request to expedite your I130. Reading your statement you say the reason you need to expidite is because of your bussiness !!! you having a bussiness and not being able to leave and trust anyone to run your busssiness while your gone is not a very good reason in itself ! their possiably looking at it the same way I see it ! if you feel you cant trust anyone to run your bussiness while your on a short visit to see your family then I would say close it ! now if their was a unexpected emergency like a death or health problem in your family is one thing and expediting i can see, but to say on one hand you cant leave your business and would have to close it and at the same time wanting to expidite to visit just dosent make any sense to me . Maybe have your family get a visitors visa would be better for you so they can visit you so you dont leave your bussiness !

on the G325 i put for both my parents died and i put the year in the box where it asked for city country of residence.

OMG today I just read in the paper where a little girl in 1st grade was suspended for a week and the school wants her enrolled in counsling for sex abuse! why you ask she was found to have a barbie and ken doll in a shoe box out on the playground befor school the teacher felt that the dolls in the box looked like they were having sex!! come on People get real ! and yet in one state the school was teaching 1st and 2nd and 3rd grade boys how to properly put on a condum and explaining what they are for ! so tell me have we lost our common sense or what? I know some of you have heard or read about things that just dont make any sense where schools,and such are making things out to be bigger problems then what they really are.

I think the President, Vice President , and miss Clintin along with mr Peneta,mr Axalrod mrs. Rice and all others who knew in real time what was happening should loose their jobs all benifits and banned from public office,or making money off books about this incident. for all these people who lied and tried to cover it up they not only disgraced this country but they dishonored these men who died at their post while the above mentioned were trying to deside on a cover story to cover their butts! "Thats what differance it makes"

My question is , Do I have to wait til I receive my NOA2 and in my fiancee's country to do them or can I do them now while I am waiting for our NOA2 if I have the information and print them out so I have them ready to go once I get in her country? Thank you for any advice

I justprinted mine out on my printer you can get kodac photo paper at walmart or walgreens i then printed out some to send with my I129f just remember to put the date and who is in the picture on the back of each one if you have alot just send a few not all of them.

Its still all comes back to the laws we have ! What gets me is if a drug dealer, prostitute, murder,drunk driver,gang member and even illeagal alians, they break the law and what happens to them? not a thing happens, why because were so worried about offending them or their cival rights are being violated we do nothing !!! you can say well we sent them to prison for something like murder, drug dealing, child molesting, rape, and stuff like that and what happens their? we then think we solved the problem !! Not at all we created another problem, we will now take care of them while they are in our prison, prisoners get better health care, dental care, then our own families who work and who has to pay for health care ! then we reward these prisoners by giving them good time , what i mean is if you go to prison for lets say 5 years for selling drugs, he will serve only a fraction of that time. for every month they serve behind bars they get 5 days good time or about one day a week good time, so after a 5 year sentance they might serve 4 years, then when they show their case worker that they are really saints and all of socity was wrong about them,besides them breaking the law by mistake, of rape, drug dealing,murder, drunk driving , jumping the border, tax evasion, they are all model citizens and then that case worker can recomend an early release, so then they might get another 1-18 months off their sentance on top of good time! and they deserve it because they are model citizens, we rushed to judgement and put them behind bars violated their cival rights !!! As long as we have people who look the other way, who are so worried about the wellfare of people who break the law we will continue to have all these crimes being commited!

This goes along with what Eric Holder said that all 11 million un documented alians im sorry i mean citizens who are here because they broke the law and are now demanding citizenship are entiteled to it because its their cival rights!!!! i am sorry I am a firm beleiver they should go home fill out the documents and try and enter here the right way! Its not that they cant go back to do it its because they know if they try and do it the right way they most likely will not get back in. its like a guy told me he has no more family in mexico, why because they are all here already!!! So yes lets push this imigration amnesty bill so we can do it again in 5-10 more years!!!!

That sounds like you have a plan for now, but you had better double check your unemployment plan. in most states unemployment was kicked back to 12 weeks ! Obama care kicks in fully at the end of this year in which you will find yourself paying about $790.00 monthly thats not counting any copays ! so party well you can!
