Priority date - dec 2, 2011
Case approved at USCIS- april 30, 2013
Got case no. fron NVC - June 1, 2013
IV and all civil documents submitted - Aug 27,2013
Case completed- sept19, 2013
Interview letter recieved through email- oct 1,2013
Interview at New Delhi emb on - nov 14, 2013

Sonmar31 recieved IL today, his PD is dec 2, 2011. So, now we know that cut-off date is at least december 2, 2011.
Looking forward to see folks with earlier PDs geting ILs as well. Anyone???

Know one really can tell at this point. It depends on shutdown effecting DOS, what November VB will be and what is the backlog of your Embassy.
You might get it as early as today. Let's hope for the best.

I have emailed my Embassy with the same question, and they replied that I can be with my husband during the interview since I'm the petitioner. I am planning to print this reply and bring with us to the interview if any questions arise from the security stuff.
Call them or email to be sure - it might be Embassy dependent matter.
