Nope, I just fill up the shipping information and went home.
Maybe you should contact them and ask if they need additional info from you? What's your CEAC status?
-

shtu - You haven't received your visa yet?
I did
Just added pick-up date to my signature.

Congratulations @Kai26 !
The most stressful step is over
Did they give you any further instructions or paper with explanation?
-
.... My husband got his Visa through courier mail 3 days after the interview, it seems that he's approved after all..!!!
Congratulations!!!!!!!!
-
My husband completed the interview last nov. 20 ... although we are not 100% sure if his approved.
The Consul said nothing about the approval... but they do not ask for any additional documents...after the interview the consul just directed my husband to give his home address in the courier department that probably mail the visa to him, and an embassy staff told her just to wait the result on his home.
so we just anticipate his approved or probably under administrative processing.
will post later the interview questions... i didn't yet get the full story and questions to my husband.
Any good news to share? We are waitng for your approval

In Kiev, there is a big play space with toys and books. They also have a vending machine with some snaks and drinks. I hope your Embassy has the same.

Hi all!!!
Congrats Shabbera, Miacarmela and Shtu for your visas!!!
Just wanted to know how long the embassy takes to issue the passport and visa after you passed the interview? As I said before, my husband's flight to USA is scheduled for Dec 17th and I'd like to go with him.
Apple and friends, any ideas????
Thank you!
I picked up my husband's passport today, interview was on Monday. It took only 3 days after inerview to get passport. I think it's very Embassy dependent.
Good luck!

Congratulations to approved ones!
I've decided to duplicate my experience post here, maybe someone will find it useful.

Happy to share that we got approved today. Thank you VJ for help!
We had a lot of relationship evidence (skype call and chat log, mobile messages bills, 2 photo albums, joint bank accounts, utility bills, join car insurance, boarding passes, and some other) and I (petitioner) was also present at the interview. This is probably why we had only a few questions asked.
First worker:
1. Is this our first merriage?
2. Who is *****? (my father, who is co-sponsor)
3. Asked to provide all evidence we have and some original docs.
Consul (asked me to wait and talked to my husband only):
1. How did we meet?
2. Does the petiotioner live in the US or Ukraine?
Good luck and don't be afraid friends!

Congrats. Should the petitioner have to be around for the interview as well? Thought the petitioner won't be allowed to go with the beneficiary to the interview at the embassy.
In the IL it is said that petitioner is not required to be present and it depends on the Embassy/Consulat if they let in. I wrote a letter beforehand to make sure they will let me in.
Congrats shtu!
Congratulations, shtu. Thank you for sharing your experince with us. And I am happy for you and your loved one that you are together finally. I am on my way and pray for our case to make it to the interview early next year. I am still waiting for my NOA2 approval. It's coming soon and we are getting for the next steps. It's your time to celebrate.
Thank you!!!!

I know that there are many interviews this and comming month, so lets help each other and share our experience.

I have a question my case was complete on july 2013... I send d230 n affidavit to nvc before they complete my case do I have to do the new eletronic form D260for cases after sept 1???
Yes, your Embassy will most likely ask you to do so. Ours requested it in the letter they sent via email, once they received our case from NVC.
-
Congratulations to all of you friends!!! Let the ILs keep on pouring!
-
Here is supporting link from official source, so you don't have to worry which answer is right
-
Call NVC right away, and talk to several operators or even ask for supervisor. You don't have to bring third set to the interview - they infact, will retrun you original docs you sent to NVC.
-
A lot !!!! I'm even out of January
Didn't they specify that you could bring your checklist to the interview?
-
my civil doc has been accepted
YAY!!! Congrats!!!
-
I think its the same. The one I received via email also has a barcode of my case number and confirmation number.
Cool! Thank you!
-
You will get a confirmation email. Print that and bring it on your interview.
Thanks! We have submition confirmation with barcode available online. Do they send out different confirmation in the email?
-
My husband completed DS-260 today. Does anyone know is it the same 20 days for acceptance even that we are case complete? And do they send an email once it is accepted? Thank you!
-
For how long have you been married when you entered the US?
-
Today case status changed to "Ready". Also, today we got email from our Consulate regarding intrview procedure and what should we bring. They also mentioned that beneficiary should fill the DS-260 online. We planned to do it anyway after medical, but it is now requested officialy
