It went Great...I am an Official Citizen now . I have been so happy celebrating that i forgot to mention. Please Paint Me RED. LOL

Heep Heep heep.....I paaaaaaaaasseddddd!!!!! what a day...things went very smoothly....IO was very friendly...we got right to business when they called me over. The whole thing took about 25 minis and that was it......the long journey came to a close just like that.....
 
He asked 6 questions then read and wrote then went through the application and shared some laughter here and there. He said you passed and have been recommended. He handed me something to show that i have passed. He then presented me with two oath ceremony schedules dates for next week Tuesday or Thursday.  I opted for the Thursday (12th). This is how it ended. I would like to thank all that have helped me along this long and treacherous journey and to wish all who are still waiting a speedy and patient wait...I will hang around and help those that have questions and need help along the way just as I was helped...

looks to me that maybe the outcome is determined before we get there but the IO go through their basic routine to make it seem they are determining something. My thought.

our cases are not so much different than our friends in the January and February fillers, why don't you poke your heads in there from time to time to see the timings. That could shed a lot of light. Hope that helps.

i hope this will help you and all a little through this process. I was once in this position where my wife now and i waited to hear from the Ghana embassy and they will always tell you we have sent out something. This is what i did the petitioner for my wife.
i sent the email below in blue maybe three times and finally got a respond: Remember to make the subject line as follows: Requesting A Pickup Date For Appointment 3 & 4 Packet, Case #ACCxxx

They replied this to me and i sent that to my wife to print and send to the embassy. Message below in red.,My Wife Printed that email and went there at the time they mentioned at 7:30 and the person at the gate allowed her to go inside.

Our records indicate that a call-in letter was mailed out on May 2, 2013. If the applicant has not received the letter, they may come to the U.S. Embassy Accra on any business Wednesday morning at 7:30 am to pick up the appointment package. The package will have the instructions necessary to proceed further with the case. Please be aware that the applicant will drop off this letter in the morning and then return at 2:00 p.m. to receive the package and interview date.
The applicant should also bring a copy of this email to be admitted to the Consular Section.

You dont really need a reason, When we did ours we did not provide a reason and it was fine.

Generally, certain lawful permanent residents married to a U.S. citizen may file for naturalization after residing continuously in the United States for three years if immediately preceding the filing of the application:
the applicant has been married to and living in a valid marital union with the same U.S. citizen spouse for all three years;
the U.S. spouse has been a citizen for all three years and meets all physical presence and residence requirements; and
the applicant meets all other naturalization requirements.

This is the year 2014..Plenty of internet cafe around. UK for God sake your husband should be more proactive...Dont waste the money on mailing and end up causing you headaches.

Oh so your fiancee is in Nigeria and not in Ghana, my fiancee did hers in Ghana and the medicals were close to $400, police report was expedite for about $40, the visa fees $240 equivalent to the currency there. Then the miscellaneous things which all added up. All in all if you see anything in $ value just convert it to Nigeria currency. Some of the miscellaneous things varies from country to country.
