    I'm going on a VWP. I have all kinds of evidence for ties to Greece and this is my second trip since filing the I-130. Haven't has any problems entering before.. let's hope the same will be this time around too!

    Presumably different workers will grab different batches of petitions and enter them into the system at different rates. Remember these numbers aren't just for stand-alone I-130s and not all cases are equal.

    Agreed BOS...But my question is once a person has entered MSC1391644000 inside the system on Aug 07. How can a person coming after him enter MSC1391643000 on Aug 08???

    This is typical eg where difference is only 1000 cases. I can show cases upto 30000 differences also

    They were supposed to hire more people since april 2013 to staff Division 8 at Overland Park, that was supposed to be operational at the end of Sep 2013. That didn't happen.. and it isnt likely to happen..

    Im leaving in a week and a half to visit my husband in the US for 12 days. I will probably come back and still be waiting to see a transfer!!

    What prompted you to make a statement "and it isn't likely to happen"

    Any official document / public disclosure by USCIS?

    Can you please authenticate this bad news

    My Petition to lord USCIS

    Hey lord USCIS,

    1) What crime you see in a marriage between yr Son / Daughter and a citizen of another country?? I just got married to a person whom I loved and in whom I found my faith." What is my fault?

    2) Why are you calling him an "ALLEAN", it hurts me a lot. Can you please change this. He/she is going to be yr son/daughter in law.

    3) Its so freezing cold out here in US this season. I want the warmth of my hubby/wife.

    Can your staff stay away from their hubby /wives for so long???

    And this is after $420 that I paid. You never had to relay on any federal funds for this.

    Why ?

    I have a funny suspicion that they have started processing cases at NBC also. So don't despair if not transferred...at this point no one knows what they are doing. I think and see some signs they are approving some cases without transferring...

    1) Majority of the files at NBC are at Missouri. If you are suspicious that NBC has started processing cases if at all it has to be at Overland Park, Kansas. And for this too a transfer is requiredidea9dv.gifidea9dv.gifidea9dv.gifidea9dv.gif . None of the members have reported any transfer from Missouri to Kansas

    Friends PSV 57 is doing really good work of maintaining the Spreadsheet.

    But data is good to see if it is Accurate and Completestar_smile.gifstar_smile.gif

    So please all when u say that case was transferred / approval received please give complete data. To help further I have made a small table. This is minimum friends please.....

    Finally!!!

    Our cast was touched and will be send to another office dancin5hr.gif

    Today we had the following update:

    "On December 11, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address."

    June filers get ready to see some action (hopefully)!!!!

    Great to see more movement and that spreadsheet is getting updated. Let's keep ball rolling smile.png

    Just to keep in mind, please fill spreadsheet out as much as possible. It's self explanatory but if you requested them to expedite, please put Yes or No. For NOA2, put X if you haven't been approved yet and when you get approved, put date of approval. For location, most probably don't know where file went to until we get physical hard copy, so put X for now and then when you know, come back and change to location: NSC=Nebraska, CSC= California, TSC=Texas. And it would really help others to know the date you found out about transfer of your I130 in Transfer date. If you don't know exact date, at least put in round about as that still helps others.

    Ques: 01 I am really surprised how was your case transferred with lot many June people still pending???

    Really surprised.

    Any other confounding factor?????

    I saw that they start working on May-2013. So we have to wait 3 more months.

    Dear.....

    The rate of processing the case is inversely proportional to the pending cases at particular office.

    When feb files were transferred the wait time between transfer and NOA2 was 20 days ....

    for march it became 30 days....

    April it became 2 months....

    Now i think you need to revise your calculations

    Only way yr maths will stay fine if NBC Overland Park starts adjudicating the cases
