Congratulations and thank you for sharing some much needed good news !!
6 months on the dot
Goooo Augussssst !!
Aditya....
I think you don't mind to be transferred late by 2 - 3 days, if they are approving 10 days faster...!!!
-
Hello VJs
We've been Approved last night.
Please update the spreadsheet .
Good luck to all of you!
OMG....
Such Fast...!!!!
Congrats.....
-
With nothing else to do, I actually looked through my docs to find my NOA1 because it did not make sense so as to why they gave me a 63XXXX Receipt Number.
Guess what. Im PD Aug 7. It also explains why 10 numbers above 6 below are all PD Aug 7. Wifey sent it out on aug 6 and we live in chicago so it makes sense why they would give it an immediate Aug 7 PD
That makes me feel...
a little better (??!!)
MAKE IT STOP !!!!!!!!!
!!!
We thought so.....Right...!!!
Anyways good way to move ahead

LOL, and the excuse the day before was?
I cannot give same excuse because there were few reported cases of transfers. They will not update only half cases and leave others....
-
Heights of Optimism:
NBC did transfer the cases on 29/ Jan. But they didn't find time to update the same online. This is why we are feeling that they didn't transfer any cases yesterday
You might Think after reading above:
-
I think it may be a possibility - I read something on the April or May thread about their petition being transferred back from NSC to NBC... so maybe they're going to actually start processing petitions at NBC now!
None of the May / April were back transferred....
Also, there is hardly any hope that NBC will process standalone I-130 petitions. If any hope is there it is on OVERLAND PARK.
Only God knows when OP will start

Thanks bro.... u are doing good work..
-
Just to avoid confusion for members...
Nice.
This is a random batch that was
approvedtransferred today. The ones in the vicinity (that are not transferred) are marked August 7th.MSC1391631825
MSC1391631822
MSC1391631820
MSC1391631819
MSC1391631809
This is so utterly incredibly confusing !!!!!!
Ya Aditya...It getting too much messy now...
Also I was looking at the people at NVC stage..... Its very gloomy out there too....
Coming out of one pit will lead to fall in another

Theory of skipping is catching evidence. It should be fine one day here and there. If the red ones are not getting transferred on 29th, it will be confirmed that they do skip cases for whatever reason...!!!!
In a nut shell today 28th was not that good
-
Come on NBC....Get up
Start sending the files.........
At least today we want some good news..
-
- Lukiduki
- Rubix
If you can provide yr case numbers please ......First 7 digits only
This will help other member to understand the work pattern of NBC
Thanks
-
BTW whats your PD Chia?
No no no no no..
Per Hirudin, they are still at MSC139162XXXX
Correct me if i'm wrong
Absolutely correct Aditya....
-
It looks like they skipped MSC139163xxxx though... Why?!
Hello Chia,
Please share the data where cases with number more than MSC139163xxxx are transferred....!!
Because as per data gathered it seems that they have reached around MSC139161xxxx / MSC139162xxxx
This is 20,000 behind yr case number, so you need to wait for 1/2 days more...max
-
Thanks Aditya! For the add as well as all your input throughout the thread!
I agree too...!!!
-
Ok smartypants.. i get it.
Hmmmm...
I dont even know what "pour tons of love on you" means.
Sounds .... icky...
I meant that people will pour lot of love on you if you can design a model that will predict the transfer and / approval date. Because basically that is why we all are associated in this forum. To know when things will happen. Isn't it??
So, the consensus by the way is that they are going by consecutive receipt numbers (and not necessarily priority dates right ?)
Thank god for that
100% Sure on this. And this makes people comment that "OHHH
ours was earlier still not transferred ??? Why ??? "
-
Mine's is msc13916388XX
Im Aug 09.
When do you think mine will get done ?
An analyst asking me to predict....!!!
This shows that "In atrocities the best brain tend to put faith on tiniest of possibility"
You should now have a mathematical model Aditya for this.....All members will pour tons of love on you...
But anyways I think It should be Friday this week / Monday next week
But I can bet on this that yours will be before me In spite of my being 08/08...This is for sure
-
Really ?
I used I guess...!!!
-
Few cases that I mentioned a couple days back

MSC1391622000 August 5 Hope today (Jan 28)
MSC1391619400 August 5 Hope today (Jan 28)
Aug 03 and 04 were weekend days and hence they would have not received any applications.
They will charge on Aug 05 and 06 today (Jan 28) I guess..
-
Brilliant.
Despite this zig zag PD-Case Number combination, I think (and this is just a hypothesis) that they transfer three case number sets at a time.
An example of case-number-sets that will be transferred in the next iteration - according to my calculations are these.
MSC139160XXXX
MSC139161XXXX
MSC139162XXXX
MSC139163XXXX
Good luck to everyone - hope today (friday) is our day
!!
I can bet that u have something to do with Statistics in life as u have used two terms used by that community
1) hypothesis
2) iteration
+
u show the characteristic of person who like to predict...!!!! what statisticians do
Is it correct brother???
Aug 2013 I-130 filers

Get well soon brother....
Yes we want CSC for all August transfers
Did u get email/text? I didn't
