  1. Hi Saylin,

    I will surely call NVC first thing in the morning on Monday. I read in the FAQ section that this could be an invoicing message under "Help! I can't sign into the payment portal. Why?"

    I am a lost now.

    Omg! Mine said the same thing! But I was ok because on Saylin's FAQs said that it was a good thing because my AOS will be invoiced! I am also going to call NVC first thing on Monday! :( Great! Just my luck!

  2. So I'm exited! According to Saylin if I get this on the payment portal "You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information" its a great thing! Supposedly NVC is getting ready to invoice me the AOS bill! I just can't wait till this journey is over! Oh and by the way I tried to call NVC but all I got was a busy tone, is that weird?

  3. Yeah, that is weird...hmmm! probably closing early..maybe they r tired of people calling...hahaha :) Oh by the way the payment portal will be down tomorrow (according to the message they have on their website..just an FYI!)

    Lol! Well they need to work! Yea I knew that! Hopefully Monday they'll have already invoiced me! :)
