Paid AOS bill on Monday, checked payment portal still shows "IN PROCESS" should I contact NVC about this?
I called NVC to see what's going on and the operator said it doesn't even show pending in their system but I also checked my bank account to see if it was deducted out of my account and it does since this Tuesday! So should I just send my AOS packet?

im sending my I-864 pack off tomorrow. currently i have the 'old' form filled should i fill and send the new one which is now available on the websitE or stick with the old one?

Hey guys just called NVC and get my case number and IIN. i have a question should we just go ahead and email the ds3032 choice of agent now or wait for instructions form NVC .

I would send it right away and wait a week if no responce then resend it but with supervisor review. That's what I did! Worked out well for me, NVC accepted it the next day. Hope I helped!

I have a question. Are you guys going to send the old or new I-864 form? We prepared both but we're planning to send the old form tomorrow because of the issue on reviewing the new forms. Any thoughts on sending the old form about a week or so before June 23 (when it expires)? Thanks!

Did you try signing in to the payment portal already? I haven't called them yet when I checked ours and the bill showed up finally.
Just checked the payment portal and they invoiced the AOS bill and paid it!!! So excited!!! We are half way through!!

I even called from 3 different phones and I still get the busy tone! Like #######! I'm about to flip out!

I signed in mine and it still shows the same error message, so I called NVC and more than once and all I get is the busy tone Don't know what to do!

Um, some error messages are good news, but yours is talking about termination. I'd highly suggest calling up NVC first thing Monday morning and inquire. Hopefully it's just an error...
Why would you put that on your FAQs and say it was a good thing if its not?

I will surely call NVC first thing in the morning on Monday. I read in the FAQ section that this could be an invoicing message under "Help! I can't sign into the payment portal. Why?"

I am a lost now.
Omg! Mine said the same thing! But I was ok because on Saylin's FAQs said that it was a good thing because my AOS will be invoiced! I am also going to call NVC first thing on Monday! Great! Just my luck!

So I'm exited! According to Saylin if I get this on the payment portal "You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information" its a great thing! Supposedly NVC is getting ready to invoice me the AOS bill! I just can't wait till this journey is over! Oh and by the way I tried to call NVC but all I got was a busy tone, is that weird?

Yeah, that is weird...hmmm! probably closing early..maybe they r tired of people calling...hahaha Oh by the way the payment portal will be down tomorrow (according to the message they have on their website..just an FYI!)

If it says that, it means they are invoicing you so don't be worried but be happy Check Saylin's post # 1 and #2

According to your timeline you just received your case numbers 4 days ago?
Well yes I know it was 4 days ago but according to everybody on VJ they usually get invoiced within 3 to 4 days.

Please let me know if anybody has gotten the AOS invoice other than this past Monday's (06/03/2013) invoice chaos that people have been waiting for, for 2 weeks or more!

as long as it is a US bank account, anyone can pay the fee. One of my friends paid it for our case (early b-day gift). If you mean that your sister is the co-sponsor, you are aware that you are the primary sponsor and have to fill out and submit paperwork, as well, I hope.

I called NVC again and the lady told me that if it shows that the amount has been deducted from your bank account then to send the AOS packet anyway.
