Good news! Just called not too long ago and they told me that my AOS Checklist is in review!! So does that mean that maybe this week they'll close my case?

Is it normal for NVC to send the same checklist a second time after two weeks of getting the first one? I already sent them the checklist they received it on the 8th of July.

Here is the rest of my timeline:

06/14/2013 Sent IV packet via overnight express mail

06/17/2013 IV packet arrived at NVC

07/03/2013 AOS Checklist

07/06/2013 Sent AOS Checklist via overnight express mail

07/08/2013 NVC accepted IV packet & AOS Checklist arrived at NVC

Waiting for NVC to accept my checklist!

I got an email from NVC and I'm not sure if it is an RFE and I can't get a hold of NVC all I get is the busy tone.

Ok so I fix that part and do I just send the form? With no coverpage or what? Please I don't know what to do!

Hopefully this week we'll get case complete! Well it's been 5 months since I haven't seen my hubby and this week I'll be at Colombia, can't wait!! So excited to see him and be with him!!

Once again guys, sorry for not updating my signature timeline, I just haven't been able to get to a computer, everything has been through the iPad or my cell phone. But I did send off my IV packet and all I'm waiting for is for case complete!!

Our NOA2 was May 3rd but somehow our file got 'misplaced' so when we got to NVC, it was on June 11. Anywho, I emailed the DS3032, got accepted, got our case number and IIN. My husband has paid the AOS bill, got the packet reviewed and he paid the IV bill yesterday.

Anyone know how far away are we from a case complete and interview date? We were hoping for early July but I highly doubt it

Tried to call NVC today but all I all get is a busy tone ugh!! I want them to review and accept my AOS and IV packets already!!

Hey everybody! Ok so I sent my AOS packet on the 12th of June, NVC received on the 13th of June and I sent IV packet on the 14th of June, NVC received it on the 17th of June. So my question is its been a week since my AOS packet has been at NVC doesn't it take a week for them to review it after NVC received each packet? The 24th of June will be a week for IV packet at NVC. Can anybody give me an estimate for case complete? Colombia US embassy isn't a complicated embassy by the way. Oh and I'm sorry I haven't updated my timeline I can't do it through my cell phone.

Sent IV packet yesterday! AOS FINALLY shows "paid" on payment portal. IV bill still sites "in process"...

Yayyy checked my account this morning and the $230 were deducted from my account! But payment portal stills says NOT PAID , whatever! I get to send my package today!!

I suggest waiting a day or two for the payment to sort itself out before trying to pay. If you still can't pay it by Monday, then you may want to consider the alternative methods, even though it may take longer.

Also, just to be sure, you're using IE, right, to pay the bills?

Yes I used IE , but should I send the packet anyway?? By the way whats wrong if you don't use IE?? Just wondering.

If i were u, i would send my IV docs to NVC and relax for a few days. This is because it looks like the first payment u made is in process per the error message, and once DOS updates the portal, we should be fine.

Well, it's going to take them longer to receive as you have to mail it in, compared to just paying online. And then they have to manually process the fee, compared to the automatic system for online payment. So, yes, it definitely takes longer if you mail in payment.
