I paid the ELIS fee a couple weeks ago and want to check the progress of the card production. When I go to check case status I cannot figure out what case number to enter! I typed in the original USCIS petition number, the NVC file number, and the A number. Can someone please tell me how to check the status of green card production?

We all totally understand what they did. If somebody did a fraud and catch later even after citzenship they have right to revoke there citizenship and deport them and ban them lifely.
For all this to proof u can get success but in start u hav to take the pain to give then pain,if u understand what I am saying.

Sorry to say but u have been used to bring him USA. He live leagle ,illeagle ,or got caught its other part of story.main and basic thing was how to enter USA.cos entry is always problem and u solve it.

Sorry to say nobody need to take personally everybody have there own experience way of thoughts . I just said what I read and seeing .
1. American men are old and Phil girls are very young.why a young girl don't do marry a young boy in own country or in other country beside doing marrying a old person.in many many post boys said here that there wife is old some of them hav even kids is this will b problem in approved case.same questions young girls asked about there husband that they are old.
2 . It allready said there that phillipines is highly fraud cases.
I am not point or discourage or disrespecting any one. I saw here many case many of us also saw that many people told about there marriages how thy start how thy end,

Having a previous visa that you didn't do what you intended could cause problems. Remember the Letter of Intent you didn't do that. I would take the advice of your country people and marry. You have already shown you can't be trusted with a K1 and what would be the difference now. Think like how they think.
