yes  you are  right about that time and yes ISL will take longer too and with all  that back log will make it good 36 to 40 months process, but  always gonna be optimistic how things will played out in near future .

As @OldUser said, if you’re looking at the My Progress tab then ignore it completely, it’s notoriously unreliable. 
 

Hopefully you’ll hear in about a year, then the second stage will very much depend on the consulate you’re applying under.

i have  a question about my friend whao has a approved vawa and had a grren card interview in august of 2019 since then there is  no answer or rfe or no green card ?

what is the  hold up ? he has a lawyer in chicago and the case was in chicago too , he wrote to the  congressman and ombudsmen office but still no answer
